Anyone knows? ^^ From the TW bnet website, they will all be merged which means 1 ladder 200 gm spots for THE one and only TW + KR server
Which will probably mean that the 200 GM KR Ladder will stay the same xD.

I've already bought two copies to play in NA and LA so I guess I've been boned then...
Maybe I can use my one free transfer to take my NA account to EU?

YES! Hell it was about time!

I guess one day we can dream of the impossible like Open Realm Switching!

You could try to contact Blizz and explain your situation, they're very lenient for their fans, so there's a good chance you'll get a free 'server change'.

I'm happy I get to play Russian guys on my EU account now but I bought an LA account just to play with a smaller and more "quiet" community and now my money has gone to waste. TT Now an LA,EU, and NA account becomes simply 2 NA's and an extended EU so blah I don't really like this but so many LA dudes that didn't know if they should switch will be happy so I guess its fine, just blows to know Blizzard has fucked me out of 60 dollars. Still the community on LA weren't happy so much with the quiet like I was (having access to NA regardless myself) so there benefit is worth the loss of some of my cash I suppose.

So far, LA GMs, Masters and Diamonds are pleased with these news... below Plat not so much since they probably will descend 1 league.

Good news! Now make us able to change servers as well and give us more than 1 ID change and I'm completely happy. Well not completely. But praying for LAN mode won't stop Blizzard's greed either, I guess.

Dunno about that. Since it doesn't really change anything.

this is awesome news . I wonder what will I do with my LA account then ?.

Its funny how Taiwan is becoming a part of Korea server, and not China server.

Good to hear,we are expanding :D :D

Russians to EU... Expect a heavy decline in mannerism, even though it isn't very high atm either.

Yeah, well, this means very little for me. EU+NA would make me happy, this? Don't really care.

And also, it's progress. Not everything we wanted, but its a small step.

Will I need additional placement matches? A. Your MMR will be unaffected by region linking. Placement matches will be handled the same way for the start of Season 3 as they were for Season 2. I really wonder about this. It's unlikely that a specific MMR corresponds to the same skill level on the different servers, because the players haven't faced each other before. This means that there has to be some sort of adjustment when the ladders are joined. Maybe even a painful adjustment (loss streak) for some players. It's gonna be reseted for LA players. We will have to start from scratch our MMR You mean the information for the LA players is different than the one above? Where did you hear this?
It's in the FAQ at the Brazilian forums. Apparently the characters will be transferred to the NA server(which will become the American server) with achievements, but MMR will be reset since the play level is so different for both regions(a NA mid-diamond is equivalent to LA low-GM). Also, if Nick/Code conflicts, LA players will have to re-type their name(it could be the same name) so the conflicts are cleaned.

GM's will definatelly drop a league, as probally most masters and maybe diamonds. Almost all "GM material" players from LA already play on NA, as most diamond and master level players.

Well this isn't exactly the best it could be, but it's a step in the right direction. Good move Blizzard!
I do feel bad for most of the LA/TW/RU in their respective GM's though. I don't think they'll have a very easy time making it into GM for season 3.

LA haha how useless for pros on NA
