The only difference now is that you and your LA friends can join the same game. People with 2 accounts (LA/NA) now will choose which language to play, and that will be the only difference. $60 for a language pack that should be free. So sad =( | ||

You also need an NID to make a taiwanese battle.net account... is that essentially the same thing as needing a korean ssn? | ||
