Let me map it out for you: 3rd spot went to Fenix at rank 11. Sheth at rank 14, just misses it, he will also be in korea. Only other FXO in top 32 I believe was Moonan (#25). GSL thinks Sheth deserves a spot. GSL invites sheth, its their tournament. They dont need to first make sure its okay with random nerds. Also it makes sense.

They aren't actually on oGs' roster, they are 'mercenaries' and could play for whichever team they like, they just said they will only play for oGs, thats why they're not on the list.
