FXOpen e-Sports have arrived in KOREEEAAAAA! During our stay we hope to share this amazing experience with the broader community and to this end we have set up a webcam and audio in the GOM house.
This will provide a live feed of everything that goes on in the gaming room when players are around. In addition, we will see players streaming their individual games in time as well as encouraging the players to participate in interviews to share the experience of practicing in Korea and participating in the GSTL and GSL.

They probably will, but FXO's games are done by week 5 (they'd come back for the playoffs if they made it) and WeMade + Foreigners is from week 6 to 10.

Really enjoyed the stream so far.
The idea of having a team account with all of the team playing once in a while is certainly cool and i always enjoy the idea of a new account "leveling" through the ladder, from league to league until it in the end does match up with some known players.
But please, dont make it a "fun-stream" where people offrace all the time or play gimmick-strategies.
Its sad that you keep the player accounts for yourself, wouldve loves a list of them in the op to kind of follow the progress of the individual players.
Nevertheless, great idea, i hope you stream A LOT. (i mean, your obviously most of the day in that room anyway :D)

The MMR is really high, and without actually knowing the korean ladder, as myself, and many other players know. Being in diamond doesnt mean anything. Same as being in GM.. ALot of the top players in GSL are in masters or below in KR ladder. On NA I beat players who are high masters low GM, and here its hard to even beat gold players. There are just so many higher level players ....

Was really excited to watch a bustling practice room, but so far itys mostly just been an overhead camera of nerds browsing TL. In the last three days of checking the stream I have seen maybe two games of starcraft.
Given this, I would not put money on FXO winning a single game this gstl as much as it pains me to say that.

It really depends on what time you tune in at. A lot of (see; all) our hardcore practice goes on off-screen, as we don't want our builds scouted / blind countered. What you see on stream is essentially a 'break' from practice; what sucks is that our timezones are so far apart from the US, when you tune in it's usually at the very tail end of the day, so we're all winding down (as we all wake up around 7-8AM). I'm typing this up as I search for a ladder game myself.

i didn't capture the text to record exactly what i said, but tgun was answering a few questions in-between streaming a few games and I asked along the lines of 'What do you think about the relatively easy GSTL group FXO got?' trying to gather some opinion of how he felt about the group and upcoming matches... is that so wrong? - if it is I suggest FXO stop permitting their players from answering questions between games. Furthermore, if it was explained and a 10 min ban enforced i would be fine with it.. but a perma ban? wtf.
If you say, Group B is not easy (well, none of the are, but) - ST and IM?! sure IM is strong ST i think are a touch over-rated and the others within their group are second rate (compared to top Korean pro teams). Facing ST first up is great for FXO, players in ST are also focusing on their matches in Code S and A as in first round of GSTL no one has been eliminated yet...and a few other players are getting back from overseas trips this week and lack of preparation and Jet lag may affect their play... so luck FXO got ST first up. Group A is much stronger, imo - oGs, SlayerS, MVP and Prime?! even TSL and F. United will be solid teams.
But I Digress;
@hewley - I doubt asking a question during live stream and not on a forum is a banable offence, furthermore it was before the Q&A session.. i logged on to watch the Q&A and noticed the perm ban.
@ AUGcodon - Yes Nazi-like is a bit of an emotive comment but what other descriptive would suit? Hard-nosed, strict.... ? you get the idea and the ban is over the top.
I don't really care if nothing changes - but if not I would no longer support FXO nor their players, and you can understand repeating this to other fans will result in similar reactions to the team.

I would be open to doing lessons in person, but it's always more beneficial to do them online, as there is nothing gained from doing them in person; it's also easier to prepare (eg; have replays watched, notes taken down etc prior to lesson) for coaching sessions online.
