If Kiwi and Slush join Liquid that'd be completely off the chain. But I've heard they're close with the Fnatic guys, no? So that's the logical destination. Dignitas, FXO, and EG are remote possibilities

Not often you see two free agents of this quality. Congrats to Col. on the massive acquisition btw

EG|kiwi: this is where id put my money.
FXO|kiwi: I hear they have loads of cash, this could happen.
D|kiwi: Dont see this happening, they have a few tosses.
Mouz|kiwi: This id really like, hasu is good, but i feel mouz needs another top teir toss, but since they are eu based it might be a problem.
Liquid|kiwi: I dont feel like he'd fit in for some reason.
Fnatic|kiwi: yeah maybe.

I highly doubt Kiwikaki is going to EG. I think the most likely options are FXO, Dignitas or Fnatic for Kiwi, Slush and Fayth. I'd personally love to see Dignitas, but I feel like FXO is the most likely.

this is quite interesting since the complexity dont have very famous players (i know only of Stalife cuz of the NASL), this is indeed a great leap for Complexity

and i guess farewell to Root Gaming

The only players I liked in ROOT are gone. Sad for complexity. I respect their organization but I'm now an anti-fan of them based on their players.

Wonder where Kiwi and Slush will go to now.

Congrats to the former ROOT members on getting a new team. Congrats to Complexity gaming on gaining some seriously talented players. I wish Kiwikaki and Slush the best in their future endeavors.

To the people that are claiming that Minigun isn't an ace level player, I urge you to watch his stream. I've watched his play get better and better and better over the past months. This isn't something that I'm just pulling out of thin air, it's something I've seen with my own eyes. You can't judge a player that hasn't been to many LAN events solely on his results. It just doesn't make sense to do it that way. So the only way to really know is to watch their play and judge for yourself. His game sense, crisis management, and knowledge of the match ups are amazing. Yes, his APM might not be the highest in NA, but he makes up for a lack thereof with the aforementioned abilities. Before some of you judge these players, you really should take the time to watch their streams and replays.

So now to judge a player we have to watch their stream for hours and hours? I've watched Minigun in online tournies, he's okay. Good, but certainly not amazing. I'd be hesistant to call him the new col ace.

I have to agree Eris. Playing well in the comfort of your room does not make you an "ace level player" or even a pro gamer for that matter. He has to perform and place well at LAN events to show that he can play at the highest stage. Being a professional at whatever sport is about playing well at the highest stage. Its just simply that.

I was pretty sure being a professorial at a sport meant you were being payed (or living) from the game. By your definition, minor league baseball players wouldn't be professionals. Minigun's obviously a progamer; I just hope he can get over whatever's keeping him from the lan scene just to calm his critics a little.

He's really young iirc so school is probably #1

uhhh younger than pokebunny?

We hope to prove you wrong. We are not done building our SC2 division and are still looking to add top caliber players. Kiwi and Slush are great players but I think over time there will be other opportunities to sign top stars.

They can now field:

Steak (stalife)
CrunCher
Drewbie
Minigun

As their top four, and the rest of the guys are bad by any means either. They lack an elite Zerg...CatZ is good but he's a bit erratic

Very sorry to hear you're an anti-fan. Our players might not all be the most popular guys but they've got heart and dedication. Over time we hope to earn your support.

im about 99% sureFayth is trolling. odds are very high for least kiwi or slush going to FXO or fnatic.(those appear at least on surface level to be hte most likely anyways) but the odds are REALLY that any team (fnatic/EG/fxo/liquid/or dignitas) would pick up both slush and kiwi. add in fayth...just not happening. one spot on any of those teams are tight. two, practically impossible. and three, no way. unless they are gonna form a new team. which would be a stupid career move for either of those two since they are so desirable.

as for mouz, pretty sure they wouldnt pick them up bc they seem to only operate outta EU

I don't think Fayth expects to be a roster player, though he is actually pretty good. But I do expect Kiwikaki and Slush to be picked up together, I don't see why any major team wouldn't want two players of that calibre, particularly in a packaged deal. So yeah, I don't think them being picked up together is unlikely.

Hope kiwi goes to FXO and participates in korea, i can see him going ok over there. Big move to aquire root, depends on how complexity handles themselves from here whether they can keep the root fanbase.

i dont think you quite realize just how tight a single team spot would be, let alone two. with the exception of CoL i guess, ever notice how like every team has 2 players at every race and thats about it.

one thing i did notice. currently Fnatic only has one Zerg (Sen) cough* Slush cough*

But that totally sucks about Slush and Kiwikaki. With Kiwi easily posting the best results of anyone on ROOT and Slush being no pushover himself, I'm sure they will do a great job for whatever teams they join. Let's just hope they don't go the way of qxc and join a team only to disappear for a few months.

You kinda messed up the order, qxc disappeared, then joined a team. And now he is crawling back to the top, slowly, but surely.

yea, the more i look, my bets are Kiwikaki going to FXO (which may be unlikely since he doesnt want to go to Korea) they need a protoss to go with Optikzero (which he is a league above) and are most likely to lobby for.

as for SLush, my bet is Fnatic. Sen is nearly always gone/busy and cant even make every EGMC match even though he is their ace. and if the rumor of him not renewing his contract is true, they need a good zerg even worse.

then again, this is only looking at the teams that appear to need(and thus want them) the most. maybe they have big contacts in other teams though who are expressing interest, who knows.

coLFireZerg is elite zerg... how did u think cruncher beat idra in TSL3? some of complexity's players are in studying in university and the semester ended last month. watch them come out soon as they practise in the summer.
not much ppl fan of complexity here, they'll start winning and placing in MLGs and other tournys soon. then we'll see more people becoming complexity fans.

Congrates complexity, GL in future tournys! GJ with the pick up Jason

Oh and btw to the Complexity hate - they basically just offered to give a bunch of very cool players a sponsor. Yes, we all love ROOT but they made this decision too. There is no denying that the ROOT roster (now coL) are talented and have lots of potential - this sponsorship could very well be what lets them show us what they're really made of.

The initiative that CompLexity has taken has and will have positive ripples on every front, so just leave the negativity out of it.
