They can now field: Steak (stalife) CrunCher Drewbie Minigun As their top four, and the rest of the guys are bad by any means either. They lack an elite Zerg...CatZ is good but he's a bit erratic coLFireZerg is elite zerg... how did u think cruncher beat idra in TSL3? some of complexity's players are in studying in university and the semester ended last month. watch them come out soon as they practise in the summer. not much ppl fan of complexity here, they'll start winning and placing in MLGs and other tournys soon. then we'll see more people becoming complexity fans. Congrates complexity, GL in future tournys! GJ with the pick up Jason
My bad, I hadn't really heard of him.

maybe you didnt see the same tsl3 game 3 everyone else did where IdrA got super unlucky and couldnt see anything even though he sacked 2 overlords (dont even try and kid yourself saying that denying early game scouting vs zerg takes skill, posting stalkers on the edge of your base isnt skill) and trapped like 8 roaches in a forcefield ball, then got sit and watch for 15 seconds while stalkers with a greater range got to take free shots. skilled play, yo.
Firezerg is decent, but hasnt really made a high profile debut.
what im interested in seeing now, is that ROOT was the best team in 'team leagues" not bc they had the best players, but much better team synergy. they straight up played the best together. which is undoubtedly bc they started as friends and stayed friends. not as a business. lets see if that stays true. one thing im wondering though, Why isnt Stalife the ace? i cant be the only one who thinks he was the best on the team pre merger.

The two most interesting ROOT players don't transfer with them? That makes this interesting
|
offtopic, for col: does flex/flexxi/flexx still play?
|
best of luck two both coL and Kiwi/Slush. Hope the latter find themselves a new home soon.

My money is on fnatic for kiwikaki. He currently lives with several of the fnatic players, has a long standing friendship with them.

He does? I know that TT1/Fenix(I think) are at the root house, but Kiwi doesn't live there. Who's he been living with?
|
I am not sure why, but for some reason I feel disheartened by this decision. Regardless, I wish the best of luck everyone.

Good luck!
Edit: Where'd Sundevil go? D: Im 99% sure that Sundevil is IGN.Alex and he now works for IGN, on the IPL
That's correct, I am just way too busy with IGN, and I couldn't even really work on ROOT stuff for the past few months, which I felt terrible about. Thanks for thinking of me though guys!
I feel like this is truly a positive move for all ROOT members and fans.

KIWIKAKI TO OGS PLEASE :D
Jokes .. just sayin'.

Kiwikaki is not going to FXO. Possibly a new team?

This is a huge move. Best of luck in the future CatZ, and rest of ROOT!

IMO IdrA got simply outplayed in that series. He didn't get "unlucky" because CrunCher prepared for his scouting overlords. I'm not saying that killing overlords takes skill but it takes preparation at the very least, he sacrificed stalkers to deny scouting. As for the force fields, IdrA had his roaches clumped up and he was punished for it. Is CrunCher not allowed to use his force fields to his advantage in that situation? /rant
Congratulations to compLexity for this amazing acquisition. Though it is disappointing that kiwi and slush decided not to join, I think this is a huge step in the right direction for coL.SC2. I can see this roster performing very well in future tournaments.

maybe kiwi slush and fayth will form a french canadian squad
|
Anyone have a clue when so hints might get dropped about Slush, Kiwi, and Fayth....the anticipation is killing me.

I don't think Root was a bad team. I don't like coL much, but maybe they'll surprise me.
