Really disappointed that there's no mOOnGLaDe or iceiceice...but there's still a chance, right? Being in Korea does not make you a great team. Korean progamers are not these beings recruited from a young age by talent scouts and trained away from society to become the fiercest gosu's the world has ever seen. Many foreigners would do brilliantly in Code A, and the best can do well in Code S (Jinro, NaNiwa, Sen). Do you really think that FXO would be unable to stand up against ZeNEX? Would you say that they don't deserve to be in the GSTL? Awesome, awesome stuff. I really hope that the big investment in eSports is paying off for FXOpen, they've done so much for the scene. Great news indeed!

FXO, i wish you guys all the best and your players and team will always have my admiration for attempting this regardless of the results. Any success you have will be icing on the cake because when your players return i know they will be better than they were before, and i hope they crush the life out of all the other teams who refuse to go to Korean because its 'not worth it'. If only becoming a better player was a worthwhile goal to everyone! Some players it seems prefer to cast games instead of practise in the toughest envrionment possible. I know who i'd rather cheer for. I personally don't care that it isn't a Dignitas or another already top looking outfit going over. Sure, lets talk about Dignitas, they could very well go over and not only compete but do very very well. Naniwa and Select are probably able to go toe to toe with most of the top Koreans. So what? They're not going to Korea. FXO are, and by God i'll be cheering for all your players (especially Sheth, what a nice guy, and i've always been a QXC fan). I hope you guys keep your chins up and focus on the prize. Don't get disheartened if things don't go your way, know that you'll improve immensely from this, which is the infinitely better long term result for all your players. gl hf! - New FXO Fan

It is just that this comes in a time where the foreign scene is dying to prove itself against the Koreans so when FXO is announced to represent the foreign scene(whether you like it or that's what they will be doing) at GSTL it's only natural for people to express their disappointment and concerns. People will be rooting for them as crazy at the start but if they end up getting demolished, which some feel is a realistic possibility, I can't see what good will come out of that for the foreign scene. It's like Grubby and QXC in the NASL, as a Grubby fan I wish he had stayed the hell away from NASL.
