My solution for cold hands is below. I use rapid relief creams that are for sore necks on my hands to immediately heat them up. ![]() I started using those hot relief creams by mistake. I sit in-front of a computer for 9 hours a day for work, so when I come home and start playing Starcraft 2 my neck starts to get really sore. One day I was putting some hot relief on my neck and shoulders and I continued to play shorty after. It was not until maybe 6-7 games I realized my hands were not cold at all. I soon realized it was because I had the hot relief cream on my hands from when I rubbed it on my neck. Now when my hands get cold I put some hot relief on them and I'm good to go.

cold hands sweaty hands shaking limbs etc. the best ways to combat adrenalin is by burning it off by moving around a lot or do pushups etc. eating lots of bananas-2 bananas plus another one an hour b4 u play will keep u calm (idk why but it works, i can attest to first hand experience with this) massaging your middle finger knuckle on your hand LAST RESORT-beta blockers Being a singer I deal with the adrenalin from performing frequently and these are ways that work ESPECIALLY the bananas.

I have never found a solution to this besides sticking my hands under my shirt up against my belly for warming them up when I get chances

Its not just adrenaline. Sitting inactive at a computer playing something like starcraft is just about the worst thing for circulation, which leads to cold hands. There's 1. adrenaline, screws with circulation 2. blood pooling in your legs (like when you're sitting on an airplane for a long time w/o moving) 3. moving around your fingers so much can constrict the vessels in your hands (they're small and relatively exposed) Worst of all, some people (like me) have something called Raynaud's which basically means that when I start getting cold at all, or getting reduced circulation, the blood flow to fingers/toes restricts even further, in a feedback loop. As for solutions, I haven't really found any decent ones. Some good suggestions in the thread though.

Guess it's just a psychological thing that gets better by just playing a lot, but for me it's hard to play a lot because of it so it's very annoying.
