When it's really bad, I use a plastic bag with hot water.

I usually just go to the sink and run them under hot water for a few minutes. That's just because it's really cold there, it's the same reason you see them in those huge parka like jackets a lot.

In the winters, I have this problem, but I also have a medical condition that i believe contributed to it.. Makre sure your hands are below your heart when you are playing.. if you sit low in your chair and your hands are above your heart, its a circulation issue.. was just going to say that , i never get cold hands at home , but at lans i always do because of the very reason the above poster stated ![]()

First you should try to use exercises like described on the first page to warm up your hands by improving circulation. I would also recommend to try doing some exercises that improve circulation in your whole body like push-ups or sit-ups which will also make you feel more calm from my experience. Then you should make sure there are no other parts of your body feeling cold like your feet. So make sure you are wearing something with long sleeves and long pants and/or thick socks.

That happens to me. It's the adrenaline. You obviously get very nervous. Your body believes it is in danger and thus more blood is pumped to your brain and vital organs, (taxing that blood on your extremities). Just put on some more clothes when you are going to play. And grinding games also makes you more used to tense moments in the game and so less adrenaline/ less cold.
