I think most people get this problem (including myself ;p) and i think it happens because my house is cold lol, as soon as i turn the heating on am fine but if i cant turn the heating on i have a cup of tea or wash my hands in warm water.

I do pushups or pullups between every game. Gotta keep that blood moving. Helps a ton.

My hands don't get cold while playing, but it's almost winter in Australia so my hands don't stay warm for very long. I play tetris on my DS with gloves on to warm up.

I'm completely opposite, I heat up a ridiculous amount and have to play with all the windows open in the room to stay at a playable temperature.

I used to have cold hands ALL the time. 24/7. Only hands though. What I started doing was actually when washing my hands, I started using hot water instead of cold water. Now you might think "but the warmth you get from washing your hands with warm water goes away after a few minutes." Well, I've had cold hands for as many years I can remember from this bad habit, yet not once after my little "change"

Also drink a lot of water for a better blood circulation, which obviously should help as well...
