Discussion about protoss Following Naniwa all the way to the win Slasher trying to interview Naniwa and Sjow jumping on a rock in a pond Mcdonalds Catz/Naniwa/Select singing karaoke at the end, plus if you look closely you can see destiny 'dancing'.
Overall just a reminder that Naniwa is going to win the TSL.

lol Grange Hill music and intro is quality, someone apart from me is showing their age!
Cool vid, thanks.
edit: ok after actually watching it (after searching for an mp3 of the grange hill theme - got sidetracked) I have to say it was awesome, hopefully more people watch vids like these and think about the people they randomly flame on TL and other forums. Great work and thanks to the players.

I love the friendship between some teams, like watching SeleCT and Catz and then seeing ROOT hanging out with Dignitas for Karaoke at the end. It's so awesome to see your two favorite teams just being ballers.
Dying of laughter haha, SeleCT and Sjow's anti protoss trolling when talking to Slog rofl.
"Do you think Stim is OP?" "Hell yeah!" "Ahhh Chobo cry too much." "Nono I don't mind terran, it's zerg I don't like" "It's funny right, Protoss doesn't like Zerg"
loool

Hahaha oh lord, Nani & Catz backstreet boys duet rofl
Then SeleCT & Slog doing R Kelly heh. SeleCT is too good at everything apparently <3

Absolutely, easily my favorite part of the whole thing, true spirit of a champion.

Gogo Dignitas fighting!
totally agree, that moment turned me from a guy whos been impressed with him lately into a full blown fan.
also i've been hoping for videos of the karaoke to show up haha.

on topic: JUST WOW this is amazing, it just gets me more "intouch" with the players, looking forward to more at MLG Collombus, keep up the good work you just won my heart even more, (dignitas has always been my#1 team ^^)
big thanks for the video. I really hope u take a video on the next MLG & LAN in the future. So much fun to get the "backstory". Gets u to know the players more personal. Thx again
Dignitas has been looking to be the perfect fit for Nani. Sjow and Select are just too chill so Nani manners up and turns into a fricking champion baller. Terrans no slouches either. And Killer is so underrated. Favorite SC2 team by far.
Oh and re the video: best part was the karaoke, and the insights into their thoughts on SC2, balance, and competitiveness within the team.
Great video lets hope that teams produce more of these, loved the grange hill music and intro, takes me back!!!! They all seem nice guys, competitive but mates, perfect for Dignitas
I've always liked Sjow, and Naniwa has grown on me through the entire thing, and recently I've started to really like Select as well. I've always thought he was a good player, but it really helps to see another side of them than just the player. It was hilarious watching Select stream, and he played Morrow's micro tournament vs some other good players on EU, including at one point Morrow himself.
Poor Select.. the match-ups were always against him!
Dignitas are fast becoming my favourite team, next to Liquid.
Seems awesome gonna be watching it tonight, Dignitas fighting!! And thanks a lot for doing something like this, it's a perspective that's hard to get from home, really appreciate it
Select's beastly style and his great 2v2s on stream :D Naniwa is just owning it up and he truelly deserves it. Many people didn't like him and I remember when he was considering quitting gaming altogether. I felt so bad for him and it's great to see him shine. I'm naniwa's fast since the early days
Thanks alot for this. Don't know why this isn't done more often, it really helps to make stars and that is what starcraft 2 and esports needs more than anything. Great job!
well i done a few theses video already dimman and will be doing more really like to get behind the scenes with players like when i watch my fav bands behind the Scenes like this i love so i try and get this stuff when i film rather then stright forward interviews brings out the funnys :D
SelecT is an awesome singer, wow! Videos like this are really cool to watch. It's so nice to see some of the personality behind the names and faces of pro players. I hope more teams/players open up like this.
This was a very entertaining video.. :D Thanks a lot for uploading, wish more teams would have a camera dude walking around getting some priceless moments behind the scenes!
It's odd that Select is in Dignitas. I say this because most (all other?) Dignitas players are European and I think that Select is a Korean national living in America, right? I'm just surprised a local (local-er...) team didn't sign him.
Seriously, i'm getting so frustrated by this somehow. How is it that there is a kareoke bar in the US? I thought they were all (or at least most) in asia? And i mean since they had kpop on the kareoke aswell (Kara - Mr) playing in the beginning of the kareoke clip.
EDIT: My question was, does anyone know where this is?

Umm.. there are some awesome kareoke bars here in Stockholm, and I mean the kind with pitchers of beer and separate rooms.
anyway, love this, i learned that sjow is the most bm of them all but always uses his nice calming voice when he delivers :o

was Korean karaoke club in Dallas staff all Korean i cant reamber where was a little to drunk
Yes! This is exactly what is needed! Teams providing content, giving the fans a way to get to know the people behind the names, promoting their players in a more casual manner.
My favorite team will be the first one to get a soundly structured website with full bios, daily updates on player stats, what they're playing, when they're playing and so forth. Interviews, maybe some "a day in the life of". The first team to actually have a platform that allows me to get to know the players on the team and closely follow them. How can that be so hard? Team liquid pro is sooo close to doing it perfectly, I hope they continue to improve on that site and update regularly, because it's shaping up to be really awesome! I just need day by day stats on all "official" games of these players, with so many tournaments going on it's impossible to keep track otherwise.
Oh and gotta throw some love in the general direction of Sjow, i don't know why but i'm a huge fan of him, he seems like a really great guy! Less then three!
Wow, great video, great team! They all seem very head strong and it works for them. Very entertaining. Naniwa seems like the most physically awkward person I've ever seen lol, but he's a great player and I look forward to seeing more of him and the rest of dignatas.

This is exceptionally well done. Great arrangement, good questions. My hat goes off to you sir.
teams need to do more of this to put their team out there and get more fans. this is an awesome video which gives normal ppl like me an insight to what a professional starcraft player goes through at a major tournament. Good job on the video.
YES, footage of the epic karaoke actually exists! I was wondering why there was almost no mention of it after the old pre-MLG thread popped up asking about participants.

I think it's more the language barrier that causes that.

I recognize that from myself a little bit. It's kind of irritating to switch between languages. I doubt he's as quiet in an all Swedish environment.

Holy shit Naniwa so pro at singing, I think someone posted Select's highschool talent show where he sang too. All we need now is Sjow to sing! Dignitas fighting! Catz is pretty pro too =D
Ah come on Naniwa... Hate to be real but tribal armbands are not so suave. I think they've been considered ultimate tool symbols since the late 90s or so. Perhaps that's just a US sentiment? Totally sorry if I'm wrong and they're actually the cool thing to do.
I think I just fell in love with Select. Everytime he's on cam he looks completely clueless at first, then grins and throws out a boss-comment. Love it. <3

Tribals are just as uncool here as they are in the US.
