Outsiders includes France and Poland. However I would say certain countries are strong outsiders: Russia: Brat_ok, Aristeo, Cubert, Happy and scooter + many more. With a 2v2 in the format they have a freewin. Holland: Ret, Grubby, Servant and others. A huge potential. China and Taiwan sounds to do very well also! | ||

Also, where are all the players from Poland and Russia? They had lots of talented Broodwar players as well (Dreiven, ParanOid, MistrZZZ / Androide, Advokate etc.), but you don't hear much of them in Starcraft 2. | ||
