Saying that ClouD is better than Grubby is a big mistake imho. Since Grubby's back from Korea, he managed to reach top 10 EU I think.

But yeah, Sweden first followed by Ukraine.

why is everyone saing Huk is only Canadian? He has a duel citizenship and grew up in Florida (so i heard). And I would rate Idra/Sheth/qxc > Kiwikaki/TT1

We seriously need a nations cup.

I will give the format away for free!

* Played online to make as many players as possible be able to play.
* Tournament stretch over a month which gives sponsors a lot of exposure.
* Single elimination bracket.
* Each game day two countries battle it out with 7 BO3 to decide who is the best.
* The player picking the map also picks the server to use.
* Price money needed to bring the best players should be about $11.900 (1:st $7000, 2:nd $3500, 3:rd $1400).
* Casted live from replays to make it as easy as possible to schedule the games.

Let it happen!

Why do people keep forgetting Poland lol Nerchio and Mana are exceptional, Tarson, Diestar and Tefel are average but okay.

Sweden, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, USA,... I don't wanna rank China, so little we know about their scene.

you can't put incontrol a in a list of great player like stephano or Idra

he is a important member of the community but that's all

american have some good player like idra and sheth, very nice streamer like destiny, but many of them are really overated
Incontrol is one of the best exemple.

and for the top 10 i would put netherland higher with grubby and ret who both play really really good

You put netherlands but you dont mention RotterdaM

RotterdaM is not a pro player, he is a good caster and a pretty good player, but he is not a pro (like he was back in WC3)

Sweden. I have NFI how, but they've produced some ridiculously good pro-gamers.

I am quite surprised by how many people rank US so high. Pretty interesting to see, my impression being that except sheth and Idra, the US have not produced many great players. would you say that it rather reflects the fact that the US is very present on the scene (major tournaments, major commentators + english is sc2 language)?

Rotti is a masters player even though he cant play as much as he would like!

Sweden would probably win in a bo9 GSTL format, with Ukraine or Poland second imo. France would do okay as well, but they'd be relying on Stephano for a lot of those wins.

1) China (Xiaot, Xigua, Lovecd, Lovett, F91... this list is far too good to be compared with any other country)
2) Sweden (Thorzain, Naniwa, Morrow, Sase, Sjow, Naugrim, Lalush, Merz, Bischu)
3) Ukraine (Kas, Dimaga, Whitera, Strelok, HappyZerg, Bly)

Definitely in this order. Chinese players, while few are far too skilled to be beaten by any european/american lineup. Sweden players definitely come second with powerhouses like morrow/sase/thorzain/naniwa. After that my pick would go to the eastern europeaners like kas, dimaga, whitera, strelok.

france is possibly #4 with adelscott/stephano/tod/moman/sarens/carn.

I have to completely disagree with you on the "China is the best outside of Korea" thing. I think that's complete bogus. I have no idea how you are going to back that statement up.

Sweden is the best outside of Korea imo. Ukraine, Poland, France and Germany are all very good too.
