SotG didn't draw the huge numbers it did now for the first 10-20 episodes. ITG is doing pretty good considering.

It gets so annoying when people say that Destiny breaking a contract is going to kill esports. I've been saying it for a while when I couldn't handle the sheer ineptitude shown by people in the past, but finally you and incontrol have told a good 3500 people to please stop. That might make a dent in things. 2) I'm really glad you brought Alex on to talk about incontrol leaving State of the Game. The way he explained it makes a lot of sense. SOTG presented a situation where there would be direct conflict of interest with sponsors, you moved Incontrol to another show that didn't conflict (which you just happened to have to make), and that's basically it. No one left on bad terms, and Alex is reinforced that idea today. I'm glad for that. As far as "They're so competing, it's on Tuesday," SOTG is on at what, 10:00pm? I think the timeblocks could go ITG to SOTG with maybe an hour and a half of a break between or so. And that's assuming that JP isn't moving it, which is speculation until JP says anything about it. I'd think that JP will move it to prevent any kind of viewer loss, and if he doesn't, I don't think there will be much of a loss at all. Overall, thank you so much for this episode. Hopefully people will listen and understand. They probably won't, but here's to hoping. Weren't iNcontroll and DJWheat two of themost vocal "don't rant about how shitty MLG Dallas was because it hurts Esports" guys?

I do sort of dislike Idra, but I think most of the SC2 fanbase "sort of" dislikes Idra. But despite all of this, I don't like EG as an organization. I'm not sure it makes sense. Wait, you don't like an organization because they lead a player in a direction that best suited his interests? The fact that EG allowed this to be talked about in Geoffs defense on a podcast says a lot about them as an organization. Yes, it is unfortunate that he isn't on SotG anymore (he was my favorite pillar), but jesus christ, be realistic. EDIT: And not only that, but it is clearly not entirely EG at "fault", if you'd want to call it that.

I wished that the mod worked out since it would have been cool to see CS 1.6 w/ CSS graphics. The thing about CS ProMod is that the CS community had very high hopes. There was the whole controversy how the project team welcomed donations and there was little to no update on the project for months. Because of that the community thought it was nothing but a scam and they offered only screenshots of the CS map remakes. Besides that, they hired some pretty big named people like the guy who made/worked on CPMA and people believed that the mod will come out to be great. Then there was the whole failed hype when the first patch came out and the mod felt like shit to the majority of the community.

If they were serious about making this a sc2 show about strats I don't see why they feel it is necessary to even respond to the people attacking them. They did what they did because they could, not because they cared what anybody else (even JP) thought. Fine. It's over. Move on everyone.

Not mainly because of the fact that iNcontroL jumped ship, but more over how the whole thing was handled. But come on, let's be honest here. There's been a few more of these over the past few months. Mainly, I think EG have a PR issue. Which is very ironic, considering they have iNcontroL on the team, and also SirScoots who seems to have a way with words.
