What happened to the notion that WoL and HotS will be balanced separately? Are they really willing to alter balance for the remaining 6 months of WoL competition just to cushion the shock of the new in HotS?

I find it puzzling they bashed TSL4 and then proceeded to complain about the costs of offline tournaments and the jetlag that players suffer. TSL has more newcomers than other tournaments, it creates more anticipation by spreading out the matches, and it always creates epic moments (who doesn't remember Thorzain's ghosts vs MC's colossi?) <-- All good things IMO It's confusing you could get 1k posts on this forum and yet not understand english or have a pension for making things up... We didn't say TSL4 won't be a big deal and we didn't "bash" it.

As I've said before, I would be making the mp3s for my own use regardless, so it's really not that much trouble to post them through the magic of free accounts and bittorrent (and donated space/bandwidth from frosthaze). no thank YOU SIR

Here's the infograph for those interested: Events Since Queen Buff Notes - Spain is listed twice with one a duplication of WCS UK. This doesn't include current GSL, TSL4 qualies, IPL qualies, and some other stuff where TvZ the last few weeks may have been more balanced. There are also some minor tournaments that Terrans have won. Still, lot of Zerg red there.

*Edit* Ok apparently wheat's host got screwed up, and so I partially retract my comment. However, tell me in the OP what's going on! Is there anywhere I can stream the mp3s?

I just tried embedding frosthaze's link in the blog post for episode 47. I believe this should make it usable as an audio feed for iTunes and other aggregators. Can some of you give it a try? Works for me ![]()

We didn't say TSL4 won't be a big deal and we didn't "bash" it. "its online so it doesnt matter" sounds an awful lot like bashing it, or are we not talking about idra here? On July 20 2012 03:36 Canucklehead wrote: I think TSL 4 won't be as big of a deal because the climate has changed. Back when TSL 3 happened, it was still the unknown of koreans vs foreigners, so it stood out. Today, there's over-saturation and we see kr/foreigners all the time now and it's no longer a big deal especially for an online event. The mystic of TSL 3 can't be replicated today, which was its main selling point back then. i disagree. id say at least 50% of the qualifiers are people who most people wouldnt pick on a list of 32 players to make it. so maybe koreans will do better this time than last time, but it gives the opportunity to make new names and new stars, tsl3 made nani and thorzain is demu taking over painusers slot from now on or was that just last week? i think i prefer demuslim.
