Loved the Zerg costume and also checked your cosplay, excellent work. Dreamhack Invitational was brilliant to watch on the livestream and can only thank everyone involved for the effort. The casting was good, 2GD hosting was a breath of fresh air, production was second to none and the crowd was alive and kicking! Once again, thank you all for the memorable moments ![]()

2. booths! yes booths are pretty vital, as demonstrated by pretty much every successful pro gaming league/tournament in the past. the last thing you want is for the players to be able to hear the casters or crowd, you might as well be able to see the opponents screen. not to mention the noise being a distraction. 3. good tournament structure, yes it was an invitational - but i'm personally dead against this 'wtf' structure of MLG which is aimed at protecting the 'big' players, to ensure the most entertaining later stages have good contenders who weren't cheesed or lucked out to semi-pro/unknown players. group seeding is enough - after the seeding the good players should be on their own without all of these wildcards and second chances etc. *plus the open brackets are pretty boring to watch if you turned out as a neutral and just want to see top players. when you watch the uefa champions league you don't necessarily want to sit through the early qualifying rounds.

Dreamhack has existed since 1994 and have thus been doing this for over 15 years now. They hold the world record for biggest computer festival when they had over 13.000 computers connected at the same time year 2010. They beat the former record at 10.000 computer which also was held by Dreamhack, This year dreamhack had a 9.2 terrabit LAN connection. Dreamhack is not connected to the internet, it is the internet. The crew of dreamhack consists of 350 people divided into groups for specific tasks. Everyone from the crew are volunteers. The teams takes care of everything that goes on in Dreamhack, this includes on the spot help IT support for the users attending the lan. They even have teams who's only task is to help and support the other teams. Besides the lan itself there are 2 or 3 other big areas where additional thousands of people can hook up their computers and watch games and demo competitions. There is also DreamExpo where you can view and test the latest technology. There are also various halls there you can watch fireshows, do bungyjumps, play lastertag or gocart.

Not sure if you saw it but TLO, Morrow and IdrA looked a little bit envious (and surprised) over the probe plushy. //Guy in the meet and greet line
