I think many people have too big an ego to accept the fact that you will loose 50% of your games when playing ladder. But i also miss people the cheer with when playing, it is hard to loose a lot of games and have no one to complain to. | ||

Also get your gf into SC2 by showing her a VOD of Tastosis casting a pro SC2 match, and she will lol her way into loving the game. Worked for me, we now have a 2v2 team | ||

Most of them dont play anymore, but i do have lots of rl friends that play sc2, mabye im just lucky. I do hang with online friends when i play though, we just talk in a team speak channell and play games, watch streams, gsl and what not. Watching sc2 is way is way better when you can talk about the games | ||
