In my opinion most to least talented players in NA/EU not already in GSL... Not based on achievements but rather playing skill. Although I suppose if you're looking for popularity, the favorite players will be a better choice, so people like HuK, TLO, QxC, White-Ra, Fenix, Naama would be a better choice.
