i dont understand why people think its dumb to do ANY build in lotv - even if youre playing a new style then you still need to know how it fares against the same old cheeses and how you counter them with the new units/strats

With random abbreviations like that i always assume that that guy is french and it is an insult. For some reason all french insults are so long that you need to abbreviate them. Which is really funny because no one except for the french speaks french anyways, so no one would understand their french insults even if they spelled them out. But somehow they assume that their weird abbreviated insults are universally understood by everyone.

Exactly. My knowledge of hacks consists entirely out of stuff i read in random threads on TL. Which makes the knowledge rather shaky and unspecific, hence the "As far as i know" qualifier.
