i would say NA is the least mannered. when i watch pro streams i usually don't see any bm on EU or KR, but quite a bit on NA.

First time being BM'd in a PvP

So I was playing a PvP on ladder and I scout a 4gate, so I go 4gate robo, after he tries and fails to push up my ramp he falls back I go to contain. After getting a robo of his own he decides to fly his warp prism over my whole army. I then warp in 4 zelots into his main with obs proxy plyon combo and after taking out the one pylon powering 2gates and a robo I push up his ramp, fall back after killing all of his sentries. Warp in more zelots into his main, and then sandwich him and win.
Apparentally, this makes me a lucky nioob.....

OK so, Cross spawns on Shattered Temple, ZvZ.
I hatch first. a 15hatch 16gas 16 pool. Get 1 queen and speed, folled by 2nd queen and a bane nest. SUPER greedy but it works for me. I scout this guy massing speedlings, so i morph some banes and make lings, bring both queens down, make a spine blah blah blah, pretty standard stuff really. This guy keeps giving me free units, no expo, just lings. Then says
'I don't have the patience for this shit right now' and leaves the game.
Cool, i win ok. Go to queue the next game, and he messages me.

i used to play random until i got 1k wins, won several times due to people expecting cheese (sometimes even asking what my cheese would be in the start of the game)
thanks too people like our learned friend i won many games easily due to meta game i guess. (they know i cheese while i'm not)
sadly for me there are those who actually just scouts early to find out what i am while opening safe (no vRace based openers) and just crushing me with experience... since they play whatever matchup on avarage 3 times more than me

Love this thread. I've noticed a common trend of a losing player calling his opponent a "noob" and then leaving the game. This happened to me a ton of times but I always wonder, if I'm the noob what does that make the guy who just lost to the newb?
