So then, did you prepare for playing up to the 5th match?
▲ Not exactly. I was aiming to win 3:0.

Seriously though, it's going to be a great final! HopeTorture has intense micro and multitasking abilities, but Cool looks to be up to the task.

One-sided series aren't usually interesting to watch, but this series was really exciting. Congrats (Cool) Fruit Dealer!

Does this feel real to you? ▲I don't know. I haven't thought about the money until last night, before falling asleep. I have never imagined of having the chance to win that money in my progaming life. When I get home, I have to call my parents right away. I haven't even told them about GSL yet, because of the fear of letting my parents down. But I must tell them now. :>

Some many only rage to a friend or on vent, but I bet you all have done it at some point. Not even considering balance, zerg atm can be really frustrating to play because they demand so much execution (I also bet you every zerg has lost an intense game by being so focused their larva injects slip) and rely so much on scouting, knowing timings, and cutting things as close as possible (early on at least). It's just a recipe for losing games in a really frustrating fashion (oh I scouted a robo bay but then he NEVER EVER MADE ANYTHING FROM IT ARRGGHH). At some point a player is going to fall on the losing side of a bunch of games due to the above and get really frustrated. It's even worse when there's a balance issue (perceived or real). Then on top of that he has a LOT of money on the line and being unable to beat a T/P opponent isn't a matter of losing a game, it's a matter of losing out on a very large prize pool. So I wouldn't hold it against Cool, especially since he barely raged.

In SC:BW, I never had a chance to play in such a big stage (such as the finals) because I retired. I'm very happy I have the chance to play such a big game, on a big stage. And here I was thinking it was just because you were a pretty mediocre BW pro ![]()

Sometimes you need to QQ to move on. That is what I think cool did.
