Nope, that was only Boxer, Savior and Bisu

Ok, now what I want to know is when will we get some replays of these fine gentlemen?

This is cool, but why are people so surprised that people so involved in the original. Didn`t expect them to dabble in the next version? It would be weird if they didn`t lol :D

This is such a pointless thread.
Who in the world would anyone imagine that people who played broodwar PROFESSIONALLY would not get sc2 accounts? Why would they not be interested in the slightest in playing the game to see what it feels like? They have no curiosity? In fact, the opposite would be thread worthy "boxer and oov: 'we're boycotting sc2'" that would be news.
It doesn't imply that their moving over in the least. That WOULD also be news.

It's a lot of speculation involved obviously but whatever, it's worthy a thread for sure. Boxer and oov have played lots of games and gotten to the top in korea at the game (if you only look at ladder stats). That is not an easy task and worthy to note for sure.

Except they are supposedly prohibited by their teams due to clash of interests. So yes, it is interesting if some of them did play SC2, even on a recreational basis.

I don't think anyone will ban you for having your opinion, but it's ignorant and foolish to assume that just because someone has a 2 month headstart means they will always be the best, especially when these guys practice 12 hours a day, are significantly smarter, faster, more efficient, and have game sense on a level that idra will not be able to compete with.
Once these ex BW A teamers/bonjwas get past the "learning" part of the game and start getting to the point where they know and scout build orders and react, they will be significantly ahead of the others. Meaning I give them ~2 months and they'll be at the top, if not much much sooner.

1.) how is it ignorant? What knowledge and I missing in making this assumption? 2.) how is it foolish? We've seen tester play, we've seen idra player, we've seen cool player. have we seen boxer/oov play sc2? Nope
If anybody heres ignorant it is you.
"significan'ty smarter, faster, more efficient, game sense".
I just ultra lols here.
How bias and fanboyed can you be to believe that BoXer is smarter than Tester. YOU HAVE NO PROOF of that. You know that boxer was better at starcraft broodwar. Just because he was good at broodwar that means hes smarter? What lol? Stephen Hawkings vs NaDa anyone?
Faster? Proof? Tester is playing 300apm. That fast enough for you? More efficient? Lol as far as we've seen, Tester has held off 2 of the most devasting cheeses by doing the perfect moves and the perfect time. What have we seen of boxer and oov in sc2? Nothing. right. Shut up and don't bash please?
Am I here bashing Boxer and OoV fanboys ? No. I clearly said that next year we will really see these people shine. Tester has been playing starcraft 2 since march/april ish.

Off-topic but looks like Idra's new EGIdrA account is already at #99 with a 67-28 record, pretty impressive.

I can't wait to see how HuK will compare in the korean ladder once he moves over there.

I am so excited about this. If Boxer do come to the SC2 competitive scene, I am ready to go to Korea to watch his games. The thrill of it all!
BOXER forever
|
Yeah #8 on the Korean ladder is "dabbling"
|
Hehe, I wonder if HuK will have enough time to be in Top10 on KR, EU and NA.

Stork playing doesnt suprise me
He probally just plays some during offseason like he did with WoW

Offtopic? I was directly responding to your post, saying that is a fucking joke that brood war legends will not come close to random starcraft 2 players new to the scene. Bashing? When did I bash you? Grow a pair. It's already been said, but boxer is already top 8 in korea.

Amazing what ex-pros in a different game can do with just a little dabbling...
