The feel of a keyboard is important. What you're saying is like saying every chair is the same, because you sit it in, and as long as I can sit in it, that's all that matters. It isn't all that matters. Certain chairs are more comfortable to sit in and certain keyboards are more comfortable to use.
I'm not sure if a nice keyboard is really going to help your SC2 game at all, but I sure know that I like the feel of a nice mechanical keyboard. If you don't want to spend the money or whatever, fine, but don't be dismissive towards the value of something until you've maybe at least given it a try?
