EPTIt seems a lot of people here don't seem to understand that insult comedy is funny because it pushes the boundaries of what is decent and acceptable, inevitably that means that you're going to overstep that mark every now and again and actually be insulting/awkward but it's totally worth it for the 90% of the time when it works and it's fucking hilarious.

See, the thing is,IMO the only reason a lot of people found it offensive is because they went all fanboy for TLO. Had it been some other german, I dunno, like Socke or something (not saying he doesn't have fans, jsut not to the extent of TLO), people would have thought it was funny and left it at that. | ||

As a representative of the Toad League of America, I am writing this message to express our extreme disapproval of some comments you recently made regarding toads. The portrayal of toads as "fat," "ugly," and sexually deviant only serves to reinforce stereotypes that many toads struggle against every day. This sort of anti-toadism has no place in modern America. In addition, a rather unflattering comparison was made between toads and a certain Mr. Artosis, with whom we would prefer to remain unassociated. We are requesting a formal apology to all the toads hurt and offended by this podcast. If we do not receive such an apology, we will be forced to contact this Mr. JP McDaniel and request that you be removed from the show. Your offensiveness has far outstepped its bounds this time, and unless a reform in your behavior is made, we fear that many more individuals, both toad and non-toad will know a similar hurt to what we have felt.
