Maybe interesting to some of the people attending, but I doubt it's what the audience of SOTG is really looking for... They are looking for a kick ass podcast with gratuitous shit-talking, humor and Starcraft news&discussion... MLG is pretty important to the SC2 scene, and I recognize this even though I'm happily not from the US. All the tournaments MLG have had with SC2 have been awesome and with great players. I don't see how it's not interesting. But I am glad that they didn't have the Sundance on the whole show, would have been too much about MLG then imo.

![]() thought sundance seemed like an awesome guy, going towards a slow but sustainable growth of his company which you can't really argue with. hopefully the viewership experience improves this year as we're expecting, and looking forward to another MLG in canada in the coming years..

I wanted to request that for next weeks show you guys discuss Lalush's macro thread. I think its a step in the right direction as a jumping off point for discussions rather than all of these "imbalanced" videos and whine posts. He brings up some really interesting and yet undiscussed points that I would like to hear the opinion of the panel on. Really interesting stuff, would make for a great segment IMO.

And the inkling about potential UK expansion is very exciting for me. Not so much as a player, I no longer have the time to be competitive at this game. But certainly from a spectator and passionate enthusiast perspective. I am really interested to see what the developments are and how I can help ![]()

I would also like to hear about lalush's macro thread, espicially about the three bases being optimal in a macrogame. Does this mean there will be no long lategames or does it just mean that lategame will be much more back and forth and small scale compared to broodwar?

OTOH, I cringed when I heard Day[9] talk about how Artosis can't switch races because he selects Zerg every game as a muscle spasm and how Imbalanced! should have been called Rage Night. I have currently paused the recording so I don't know if anyone corrects him about Artosis' switch to Protoss yet.

Wouldn't make much sense to rage if you can easily change races would it?

I enjoyed the one they did, and it made sense since it was a new years episode. But I also like the regular episodes more. I'd be okay with them limiting that kind of thing to new years. After all, the main reason most people listen to this is for Starcraft.
