@Storm 44.
I think you're forgetting that the world best Terrans attended the latest MLG. To be quiet honest, there results were quiet woeful.
I agree, there needs to be more Terrans on SOTG. But you know, the majority of the community is stupidly biased against Terran it's disgusting. I swear Terran is the most least played race right now.

I know we can't make any assessments now, because Terran's haven't had a chance to re-adapt to the metagame, but if they ever buff terran, it better not be bio...how about restoring the now impotent seige tank to its former glory?

I haven't read most of this thread/argument, but just saw this last phrase so maybe I'm out of context... but most of the top terrans at MLG were either eliminated by TvT or Leenock (idra>puma being the exception to that i believe)

Next episode talk about how much of a joke Tim Tebow is and how the Bears chances are with Caleb Hanie to make the playoffs

My Terran friend has pretty much stopped playing, and toyed with switching to protoss after watching the period of terran dominance. He doesn't listen to SOTG or the imba thread. He just watched GSL a lot. He lost the feeling of acheivement when he honestly felt that Terran was OP.
I'm hoping that he can return to SC2 with the current change of meta game.

Then we'll have cries of too many packers or raiders fans, though it will replace the cries for terrans.

Featuring all the pillars and the usual production quality, I'm going to love hearing the explanations on how Protoss, despite their inherent weakness, is dominating at Dreamhack. No more seeding "bail-out" like last MLG when pretty much all the Korean Terrans got eliminated before the RO8. In fact, why not take the show into uncharted waters and invite a Terran guest? Preferably someone completely unreasonable, no offense to DeMuslim but he's simply not biased enough. PainUser was alright but he kinda didn't know when to take a stand or how to sell his arguments (Banshee over a DT!? HA! THIS GUY! *laugh incontrollably, increase volume according to degree of guy trying to interject.) Please, Terrans around the world NEED this As for some ammo: - Warp Prism, too hard to kill? - Sentry drops, too unforgiving? - Vortex/ Archon vs Broodlords, *swooosh!* ? - Immortal, winmortal? Would be great if every pillar/ guest were to bring up one aspect of their main race that might be(come) overpowered, so we can get a bit of perspective. What.... - Medivac, too hard to kill? - BFH drops, too unforgiving? - Marine, winrine? Just to illustrate how terrible your points for discussion are.
Actually all three of those Terran counterparts have been discussed extensively on SotG, so what was your point again?

are they having a show tomorrow?

Buffing the siege tank would break TvZ.

What, terrans have to win every tournament now? They can't be happy with merely making it to the finals or semifinals of the tournament and losing in a close series?
In a balanced game with 3 races, and only 2 spots in the finals, at least one race will be left out.

Lets wait for a GSL with 4/32 Terrans (or whatever was the sick ratio in the last few GSL's ) before even starting to comment on Terran not needed future nerfs....

What would be REALLY cool is if they could get Sayle in as a special guest one week to hype broodwar .

I think we also forget that Blizzard's flawed maps have catalyzed lots of perceive balance issues that aren't there. Sure 60 dmg tanks were imba on the early 2010 maps that were nothing but chokes. What if some ladder maps actually had carrier micro zones or really open areas like tal-darim? Then, they'd be more viable. Then, buffed tanks become less of a problem. Etc...

Wowowowow let's not get ahead of ourselfs, terran still has the highest winrate out of all 3 races, let's wait a bit till we call for a buff here. I'd say they should just bring demuslim on again, he did a pretty good job, but given that he is in Uk right now which makes it kinda hard for him to get on, and that he has to prepare for up/down matches when he gets to korea in december, I'd say leave it as it is. Terran whinning should stop when next gsl has still mostly terrans.

Plus acclimating to a new team and also a new practice schedule.
This is not surprising, though unfortunate.

Browder said he will never make a change that "dumbs" down the AI such as units clumping together to produce balls etc. 2) I think Combat shields are there for one reason, so that Marines (with stim) never die to 1 baneling hit with upgrades. The side effect is that those Terrans rushing for combat shields first are stupidly powerful (ie 1-1-1, early mass marines).

terran is overnerfed (some were deserved), it require a lot more APM to be good at it. the best korean terran come from reasonable BW background (MMA, MVP, Ganzi) Foreigner terran aren't on the same level.
