The funny thing is, this whole discussion started off with the critique that Sean always talks about BW on the show primarily about SC2. I'm up for taking what we can from BW (I played back in the day) and relating it but let's not go overboard and jump on our high horses for the guy asking Day9 to provide more insight in SC2 terms.

I have to admit I really enjoy it when they talk about bw. Simply because their bw talk almost always consists of hilarious / funny anecdotes (which, despite beeing a semi-active follower of bw for almost 10 years now, I oftentimes missed), and as much as I like to watch/listen to SOTG because of SC2 pro discussion, I primarily like it because of a high entertainment value, and those bw tidbits do enjoy me quite a lot. And the focus on the show still is SC2, its not like bw would make such a big part of the show.

Why do you assume it's me who's doing something wrong? I'm not talking about sc2 in the BW section, because I know it's not the place for it. I'm talking about BW threads where BW people start bashing sc2 completely out of the blue. You mention mods, but I've seen even mods do it, and then go on to warn and ban other people who respond to those hateful comments trying to earnestly defend themselves. I was shocked that I kept seeing such bias, and that's what made me stop going there. You may not have witnessed such behavior, but I have. Many times.

Haaa Artosis, you disappoint me each week more and more man >< This week Artosis doesn't know about the WCG on OGN, doesn't even know that the vods are on fucking GOM site, say he saw Sage's games but think it's a 12-16 DT drop (4 in the shuttle and 4 warped, it's pretty hard to not remember if you actually saw the game)

I'm very critical because I'm mostly disappointed, Artosis was one of the few I liked to hear talking because he watched the games but now not only he doesn't know but he tries to make it look like he does. Now we have zero community figure left that can actually talk about Korean game/metagame. (we have Wolf/DOA or even Moletrap, but they don't appear anywhere but GOM)
Anyway, that was a very good show this week, I'll re-listen to it I think.

He said that he thinks JYP is a little better than Oz, but that PvP they played was hard to judge as a measure of skill because JYP's builds were so bad. He didn't talk shit on Oz.

He didn't really talk shit, he said that JYP is perhaps a little better than Oz (I agree about this), then he talked about Oz terrible builds while laughing.
Perhaps I missunderstood.

I agree, I wish we'd see Wolf and Rotterdam in more shows since they seem to be the only ones right now who follows their respective scene properly (Rotterdam EU and Wolf KR).

Ya, he just said JYP in his mind is a better player. Then said JYP vs Oz was disappointing because JYP's builds were so bad. Didn't say anything about Oz's builds. If you watch the games, JYP's builds were very vulnerable. He took tons of damage from early aggression.. his builds did not look very refined. (which is a must for top level PvP)
