So I tried to dl the latest episode on itunes and I get some weird error. It says 'err = -3259'. When I try to get dl from the link in the OP that doesnt work either. The link appears to be dead.

Seriously though, loved the Sotg/wo3 podcast, your .2 .3 .etc update SOTGs, and yesterday's was another treat. You've been like a madman JP, but the quality has been better and better with each cast. Thank you for the Select questions at hte beginning of the latest podcast. Somewhat surprised by their response, but I suppose it is the mature response.

10-20 taught me a couple of things.
1) Cardio + Gretorp does not work well.
2) It is dangerous to lift weights when INcontroL talks.

You could call it the Starcraft 2 state of the game which would be
Starcraft2 SotG MM.DD.YY
which keeps the SotG while including the starcraft for clarifying purposes.
