I won't put up any instructions but you can download the video from ustream directly, then you just have convert it to audio format. You just have to know what programs to use.
This is if you really need to download the show in an audio format. In other case you can just watch it there.

Quick post to say thanx for the great job you guys do !
It's really great listening to the podcast, I find your discussions extremely insightful - it really provides a lot of information on how high level players think and approach things (whether it be metagame, balance, LANs...). That, and the constructive criticism you guys provide regarding the game or its players, are things I'm always VERY eager to hear about !!
I do look forward to listening you guys every week =).

I personally though the most recent one was one of the best. I quite like the contrast between the quite laid back nony and gretorp and inc. I think that works much better than when you have a lot of big personalities all clashing for air time.
You need someone to be a lightning rod it's why the 'casts have gotten better since Inc has joined the panel. But when you have a few too many rods it gets a bit too dazzling to see anything. (Okay overdoing it on the metaphor but I hope you get what I mean).
One other thing, is I love how animated Nony gets whenever Idra is either talking and/or is the subject of discussion. He's like there on his rocking chair pipe and slippers, then he hears 'idra' and he's up on feet ready to roll.

Idra gave a lot of insight simply because he's one of the best players in the world right now, the asian guy didnt know shit and it was just painful to hear, cant wait till artosis and tasteless are back.
