Been saying that for a while. Infact I would like it very much if they had a Z,T, and P. Instead of just protss 99% of the time with a special idra/machine appearance. I honestly can't remember the last T they had on the show.....

Was all that scraped or was it just delayed and going to happen now? Will be interesting to see what will happen to the show after the break. JP needed a place to host the archives and as a friend to JP and a fan of the show, I helped him out during his transition to a new host. When OneMoreGame.tv was being developed (during our last break and prior) - I absolutely wanted to try to get SotG under OneMoreGame.tv because it seemed to be a perfect fit for the content that was already being produced (NOTE: This was my desire and not necessarily something that was in process). Unfortunately due to timing and developments across all of Pro-Gaming (specifically with SC2), it's a much different situation than it was even 6 months ago.
I had actually wondered about this!!! I thought to myself when you unveiled OMG.tv that it would be awesome if you could bring JP's shows (SOTG and SC2 Center) into the fold and make OneMoreGame kind of the one-stop-shop for all our favorite shows (all mine at least).
I understand if you can't comment on this but is that still a possibility? I think it would be super awesome, but I understand there are a lot of logistical issues, just sounds like a great idea though. Much <3 Wheat!

I honestly can't remember the last T they had on the show..... No, the show is about JP, Tyler and until now Incontrol with Day9 often as well. If they "rotate" the hosts, the show has no constants and no developing storyline from week to week. I know I would not watch if they kept "rotating" the hosts. Continue bringing in guests, and keep the core.
The race of the hosts does not matter as much as their personalities. But that said, now that iNcontroL is leaving, there's only Tyler left as Protoss while JP is Random (I think) and Day9 potentially as Zerg. Get a Terran as an additional host, or just invite some Terran guests and everyone should be happy...

Maybe I'm in the minority, but am I the only one who doesn't care about the race of the hosts whatsoever? I mean they don't talk about balance all that much, and I feel as if everyone except idra when he's on is pretty reasonable to all races. For the most part they don't even talk about balance, they usually just talk about tournaments, updates, or current events. If I want to see a perfectly balanced show that gives game advice theres a show that I can go to...

I'm with you. I have been a fan of Tyler (not because he's a toss but because he's awesome) as well as Incontrol for a very long time now. If they were different races I wouldn't care (Incontrol was zerg in BW). People need to stop bitching about races of the hosts. Keep the show the way it is (despite INC leaving).

Tyler and idra are my favorite guests by far. But I do think incontrol brought some extra swagger to the show that will forever be lost without him.

I will miss incontrol on SoTG a lot, but I think he needed to take the time and focus on his play. I would rather watch him live on a stage in a finals then on SoTG. GL to Incontrol in the future!

With us losing incontrol i hope we get Day9 back full time soon. I really miss him and his uncontrollable laughter
Also looking forward to this weeks show i know all the guys and girls will send Geoff off in true fashion.
<3 Geoff

Geoff has really mellowed since he started doing NASL. No more overt trolling. Too many "sudden calls" by Anna too.....
Bring back the old Geoff!

I didn't fully appreciate iNcontrol until he left I feel. I don't know about everyone else but his humor was growing on me. I found him to be really funny and that is going to be missed on this show I should also add that watching him with Gretorp in the NASL is not the same because I think Gretorp is really slow and doesn't pick up on many of the jokes that iNcontrol says. You will be missed iNcontrol.

I'd miss Geoff more if he was less intolerant when 'debating'. SotG's anything goes format really didn't leave much room for constructive discussion and Geoff took full advantage of that. You completely sacrificed anything constructive in favour of Geoff being the biggest troll possible.
Can't say i'll miss that aspect at all.
The Protoss stuff was always great though when Geoff and Tyler would go back and forth. So fucking educational.
Again, i want The Tyler Show.

It's not gonna be the same without Geoff :-(

i completely agree, i think people make way too big of a deal over what race each host plays

So when did sotg actually start again? Is it known yet? Shall I expect few weeks, months or half a year for next episode? years?!
And I miss incontrol so much, he can't be replaced with same kind of shit! Hopefully we get zerg there (hehe) anyway I hope it's not another protoss - It's almost bothering me that it was protoss biased.

Few weeks probably.
If they don't do it, someone else will

InControl was the heart of the show. All the hosts are great but InControl was often the one constant that gave it a pulse.
Then again, back during the show's early Beta days the hosts often changed, and that wasn't bad by any mean.
