Tip for future conversations: If you have to rephrase what somebody has said to make your arguments work, you're not arguing against what they said. I did not say that was okay. I wasn't even talking about anything being okay, YOU were asking why some people are more offended by one thing than another and I was trying to bring up an explanation. Dating a model who wants to know stuff about starcraft? Hell yeah! Still remains to be seen... The fact of the matter is I find it annoying when their talking about something I'm interested in and it gets interrupted and sidetracked. | ||

I'm physically disabled and not only do I enjoy making jokes about myself (partially because the reaction is just too good sometimes) but more then anything, I love it when other people make jokes because its a sign of that the person is totally comfortable and doesn't actually see me as any different than them. Obviously it depends on the intention of the person whose joking, but jokes about mine and others' disabilities are one of the things that keep me going. The way I see it, if you can't find some humor in your situation in life you're in for a very bumpy ride. | ||
