Today on daybreak I was playing a ZvT and sent my overlord to that spot over the cliff near his base. I am doing my normal build expanding and droning and I see with my ovie he is making a push with a handful of Marines. I am pleased because I would easily have enough stuff in time to deal with them by the time they got to my base. I check when my Pool will be done and I realized I never started it -_-

I remember when I was going to ghost rush a protoss on tal'darim. He went DT's so when I was just outside his base with a pretty decent marauder/marine/ghost army with stim upgraded I figured it was an easy win. I run into a DT just before I am about to run up his ramp and he tries to snipe one of my ghosts with it. For some reason I didnt have a scan ready (probably scanned more DT's on the way there) so I was going to EMP it and EMP's every ghost I had since they were stacked and the DT was in the middle of them.

I continued to get forcefielded out and the push got wrecked and lost the game later :/

Played a PvT game earlier this week where the guy had entrenched himself very nicely in his base using Siege Tanks and well-placed Missile Turrets. I'm not sure why, but I kept thinking he was some noob just sitting and turtling in his base. While I was slowly wittling down his base, he had expanded all across the map except my would be 3rd and 4th. Then he massed Battlecruisers. Oh God, going on an Expo when you're fighting that many BCs is just....horrifying. The worst is that I let him turtle and expand and all of that nonsense because I became cocky. Lesson learned. I literally typed in "fml gg" and promptly left.

I rematched against him last night by chance and won. Apparently he was a Platinum in 3v3. Explains his style very clearly.

Decide im going to start playing with music playing with sc2, so I can enjoy that: very first game, zvt on shakuras, terran splits map really turtley and I'm cool with that, take like 8 bases and go hive yada yada. He starts dropping off like 6-7 nukes at once--- and I cant hear the call downs because my musics blaring. Lose basically every drone and all my hatcheries near fresh bases before I can decide to turn my music off. -_-

In TvT, pushed opponent back into his main from his natural, then set up buku siege tanks in front of the ramp and waited (had just lost a game from rushing up the ramp.) Scanned the front of his base to hit his front, but didn't see the back side where he was making 7+ BCs. I had kept expanding, and was on 4 bases, but when he finally pushed out he took out my bases so fast I didn't have time to get Anti-Air up. FML.

This is why I don't play with music on. XD
Probably the 2 or 3 times where I didn't research ling speed until 10 minutes because I forgot.
Thankfully I only lost because of it once since the other two times was a meching terran.

Playing 2v2 is a sure headburster. Any session of more than 5 games and you're certain to have been paired with a complete noob atleast once (me and my ally being 2 divisions apart (master to platinum)).

My worst FML moment though originates from 1v1 in the good old days with high templars having khaydarin amulet. The game was a PvT and I saw the terran walking a big glob of bio out from his natural and reacted by warping in 4 high templars, but little did I know my amulet research still lacked 1-2 seconds before finishing. Ultimately I lost to that biopush when my HTs was just shy of 75 energy -_-.

My friend was playing a ladder game as protoss and at one point, noticed that his nexus in his main was somehow destroyed. At the time, he assumed it was killed by a random drop that he just didn't see. Upon watching the replay, he realized that early in the game, he accidentally told ONE of his probes to attack his own nexus. I don't know how, but he never realized that a solitary probe had chipped away at his nexus for god knows how long until it was destroyed.

a few months back.. ladder game, like 2mins in, the toss harasses the scv building my barrack at my ramp. (was on a map where the ramp was abnormally far from my base, can't remember excatly the name of the map). i send an scv, halt the one building the rax, end up losing the first scv trying to 2v1 the probe, send 2 more from my mineral line to help the second one and i screwed up instead of halting the barrack i pressed escape in a hurry and cancelled the barrack... i was pissed.
