And now for some updates:
Case insensitive searches are back, I have to recache a lot of data for this so searches might be a little wonky. It's done about 170k characters out of 2.6 million in ~40 minutes so in about 10-12 hours from this post it'll be fully back.
Forum MVPs will now get a little indicator in their profile that they are an actual Blizzard forum MVP, http://sc2ranks.com/us/875844/Sixen
Pro-gamers will get an indicator as well http://sc2ranks.com/kr/2564550/LiquidRet
People who are/will be tagged with pro-gamer flags are those who actively participate in tournaments, playing in a tournament once every 6 months doesn't count. If you see a profile who was misflagged, or should be flagged but wasn't, let me know with the profile link.
Sorting by points - bonus pool works again for EU, something freaked out and Blizzard decided to send an overflow number
The divisions of the top 50 players in every bracket from Bronze to Diamond in 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s will be updated every 12 hours (Down from 24).
The divisions of the top 200 players in every bracket in Masters will be updated every 3 hours (New).
Profiles can only only be refreshed every 12 hours.
Tweaked division updating to hopefully eleviate the number of queue requests that are automatically sent.

Since people have been confused how the actual profile refresh feature works:
Because of the quantity of requests, everything is put into a queue. Due to performance, getting exact #s out of the queue is unrealistic which is why you only see it's being refreshed. The refreshed indicator is only based on a profile update, not divisions because divisions are a separate update.
When you refresh a character, it queues a profile update, and the profile update queues division updates. How long this takes is entirely based on demand, generally speaking, there is more demand for data to be updated than I can process. Workers process the queue 24/7.
This is why you see multiple updated at times listed in profiles: http://sc2ranks.com/us/738095/Shadowed, in this case the profile was updated 14 minutes ago, 1v1 was updated 15 hours ago, 2v2 was updated 17 hours ago.
Your requests aren't being lost, but they aren't instant either and it updates them as it can.

something seems kind of funky with regard to moving between leagues.
i was promoted to diamond from platinum last night, and refreshing my profile (http://www.sc2ranks.com/us/1346232/dosei) at that time successfully updated all of my 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 statistics, but the only things that updated in my 1v1 statistics were my points (due to bonus points being dropped or however that works).
i refreshed again earlier this afternoon, and got the same results. i've also tried refreshing other players in my old division (http://www.sc2ranks.com/div/20311/division-khaydarin-nu) as well as my new division (http://www.sc2ranks.com/div/47845/division-hanson-sierra) to queue division updates, but my new placement has yet to be reflected anywhere, and my wins/losses are stuck where they were before i started laddering yesterday.

Looks like the division you got demoted to didn't get refreshed or force updated. Tweaked it a little bit and refreshed the division you got moved to. Looks fixed now

Experimenting with the queuing a bit more, it should run a much smaller queue and only require people to wait about one to ten minutes at most.

I'm not able to view my profile, are you still in the process of recompiling the profiles? my gamertag is talon 448 and when i go to view it is says your still down for maintenance. So i guess my question is are you adding the profiles in the order of master, diamond, plat, etc?

You should not be seeing maint messages still, if you are it's likely a caching issue.
Push some fixes for the division corruption handler, divisions will no longer show up as updated if they weren't due to corruption retries. It now retries up to 100 times instead of 5 times. Should fix issues people were seeing with it showing a team as having been updated X minutes ago when it really wasn't.

Also how often do the graphs update? It seems to be once a week (on a monday maybe?) and not tied to refreshes.

Graphs that are >= 32 days old are cached for a day, graphs for all time are cached for 6 hours, and graphs for the current month are an hour. The initial graph you see when the page loads is based on the data at the time the page itself was cached, and no page is cached longer than 24 hours.
You definitely should not be seeing it take a week for the graph to update. Which graph are you viewing?

My profile seems to be a bit bugged. My name was changed from Imposta to Shelke, and some of the names in the arranged team games are not familiar to me at all.

Yea, it's because you were in a division that was recently created and had <= 10 characters but had corrupted data. I switched it to percentage based rather than hard checks, and renamed you back
Keep in mind, data is only taken every 12 hours for logs, and only if you played a game (and you were updated as having played a game) in that 12 hour period. The last log I see for your team is Feb 25th, you should have a log taken for March tonight around 12 - 2 AM PST depending on how long it takes. Let me know if it doesn't happen.

just a heads up, i have about 3-5 people in my custom division whose names are different than they actually are. i'm not sure how it happened, but it seems to be consistent with the recent upgrades. really love the site and functionality, but the name changes kinda threw me off.

Still hasn't updated the graph and I've been playing 1v1 every day since since Feb 25th so don't know whats up with the logs Sorry i realize this is all a giant pain in the ass.

Just a small question:
My nickname is (how unoriginal) Phobos, but on sc2ranks my profile is named "JohnDoe". However, in game and in replays my name is just visible as Phobos. Also, this "name change" was not been there since a few days as for as long as I can remember, the site had my nickname correct.

When I refreshed my profile today, "Last 25 matches" was refreshed but my points remained the same, they are still from 3 days ago.
