There's some reasons to this: + Show Spoiler + -if everyone is around the same skill level, you have a lot of people to practice with, people that you can try the same build against 40 times or have try their build on you multiple times. Prepare for clanwars and events together, since you have opponents in common! Also, the game is always changing and with everyone commited to it, your top lineup for a clanwar is going to change, due to many reasons, strategically for example, if you know player A excells at playing vs Terran or a certain map, you can use him for a clanwar against a team that has predominantly Terrans, just to set a simple example. Altough many teams choose to build their squads by picking players here and there, which is not wrong by any means, there are other teams who don't! I am proud, no, I am EXTREMELY Proud to say that -every member- of my team has been offered some sort of deal or contract (some members over 3 times) by multigaming organizations, big or small, and they have all respectfully declined. Because we believe we have a team synergy and share the same goals and vision, and we believe that by sticking together we can become the best Don't get me wrong though, our goal is to become professionals and for this we will need sponsors and salarys, and the sooner the better. But I think to us clanwars are VERY relevant because they show the results of the hardwork we're putting into this game as a team. | ||
