As I attacked his main, I noticed that he was getting a Lair. I figured he'd be going mutas, since a lot of Zerg players love to be the first one to get mutas. I decided to do the same. Meanwhile, I also expanded to the gold expo. At around the 20 minute mark, I had three fully saturated bases, he only had two (and I significantly delayed his economy thanks to my lings). I had about 25 mutas, with lvl 2 attack, and about 70-90 speedlings with lvl 2 attack and lvl 1 armor. He had about 13 hydras and 17 roaches, each with 1/1. Just as I was about to go pick off his overlords and supply block him, then move in for the kill (as I was producing about 10 more mutalisks), he d/cs before any of the action starts. I took the win with no effort at all. I watched the replay to confirm where our standings were. I had double his army, and double his income, with complete map control. I had this game. No question. I start a new ladder game. About two minutes into it, I get PMed by my old foe: Him:"Your [sic] so fucking lucky. My comp crashed. I was just about to come and destroy your noob ass. Lol." Me: "Did you even watch the replay?" Automated response: Player is ignoring you. I shared my story with my current foe, a Terran player on the same map. It amused him. I then lost to his 2 base mass Thors. I was sad, especially because I was on four bases and had complete map control. Damn my poor scouting  I did GG like a respectable player, though. | ||

at first i thought it was him admitting defeat so i tried to boost his moral and he said this him: it's gg, you know what i'm doing me: in your defense, i honestly don't, so just keep playing bro him: come on, attack me right now. you know what i'm doing he spams, "attack me" and finally says him: oh you're so done now, my 4-gate is up, it's game over bro then spams "gg" like crazy i'm terran.... you NEVAR go 4-gate against a terran. yes it works on some maps with backdoor rocks and if the terran FE's with one rax but if a terran is going MM, not even medivacs, just early game MM, you NEVAR go 4-gate.... so i destroy him and also get some medivacs going on and his reaction was priceless him: @#$%ing noob, can't even win a match straight up so has to use healing other than that i don't get much BM. i did get a korean player's BM once which was interesting but yeah, other than this incident, not much BM XD but no really good manners either, i get a GG like once every 10 games ^^; | ||

So I scouted the usually 3 rax. So I basically jus FF him outta my base n while rush tech to colossi. After the one game deciding engagement, "God I cant wait for the colossus nerf, even retards can win with them." I go back to check score. 34 Probes to 17 scvs. =D | ||

Sheesh. | ||

And honestly it's no surprise, the skill level has been rising a lot the last few months. The skill level of Plat two months ago is now the skill level in Gold. And as Zerg I find it too hard to deal with all the different builds and cheese you get thrown at you. I want to play an offensive and aggressive race (since I consider offense the best defense) but I don't like T and P. | ||
