We have been a team for 3.5 years and many of us have journeyed together from Gold to Masters. We are a highly social and active team and this is an important factor when looking for members. Our main goal is to play competitively in Clan Wars as well as having players compete in tournaments. As a team we also talk together to help each other improve and overcome problems in our games. Again by being such a social and active team everybody is friendly and always happy to chat. There is almost always a Skype Conversation going with players chatting while practicing or laddering. And for more verbal conversations we got a Raidcall, where we recommend you have a microphone, mostly so we can hear you laughing over our silly de-linquished humour. As a community driven organization, Galactic Gaming emphasizes on providing opportunities to its members with the goal of them growing and developing into better players. These opportunities stem from connecting competitive and casual gamers together to play games, discuss strategy, practice, compete, relax and enjoy the e-sports scene. Any recommendations that the players have involving different clan wars and things that are alike, are greatly appreciated and will not be looked down on. A new clan has arrived just for you. Have you wondered around Starcraft for awhile, not able to find the right group of people to play with? Don't want to ladder or want to find players of similar strength to play with? Well The Game Boys [TGMBS] is here for you. The clan will be more of a group of poeple, playing custom games together and improving while having the maximum amount of fun. What are my credentials? To be honest, I am nobody in the Starcraft community, [Silverwhasp#265]. I am Silver league right now, which is fine by me. I am not here to be the best, because I am not the best. I am here to offer a chance to form a community for anyone that is looking for a friendly clan. My friend [WiseDorito] has had a pretty succesful clan in Command and Conquer Tiberium Sun [All For One and One for All], so he knows a thing or two about how clans work. I have been playing since Starcraft 1 Vanilla, been creeping Team Liquid for awhile, and have been in and out of Starcraft a few times. The community is always what brings me back. To be noted, I have a full time job as a teacher, I don't have time to practice Starcraft 24 / 7, but I do have some time to offer a great learning experience. I love E-sports and consume it regularly. What should you expect from the clan. What are my plans for the clan: If you want to join us, you can expect friendly games and constructive criticism. We gather once or twice a week. We play games together, spectate each others games while chatting on skype, and offer each other advice to get better. At the moment I have no plans for the clan, just offering an opportunity to practice together and learn together. Later on we will have in clan events and such. Will be as active as I can. What rank should you be? Well let's see. Right now we are mostly Silver and Gold league. We do strive to better ourselves, but that is what it looks like right now. Those who are looking for Hardcore clans, will this isn't it yet. We are super casual, looking for poeple to play games with and improve. If you are of higher rank and would like to help us, well sure come on in, though you might not get challenged by us just yet. Why should I join? That is a very legitimate question. Well let's see. I for one do not have time to constantly play and improve. I don't really like to ladder, and my friend list in Starcraft is pretty small. If you find yourself in a similar situation, this clan is for you. We are super friendly, will give it our best in each game and will help out with pointers during games. Why a clan and not just a group? Clans are much more intimate, and we get to know each other better. Furthermore we get to be brothers and sisters in arms. A clan battle tag as well as the clan decal. I figured it would be fun to have a clan. When and where do we meet? Well that would depend on how many people are in the clan. Usually we meet Wednesdays or Thursdays at around 8 PM Eastern time [New York / Toronto]. Why isn't it often? Well we aren't hardcore players. Just casual players wanting more people to play customs with. We would meet in the Starcraft Clan lobby. How do I join? Easy, add your Battle Tag in the comments and I will add you. Or add me Silverwhasp#265 Any rules I should know? Being a casual clan for now, you do not have to be super active. All you need is your sense of community and constructive criticism. Do you have to be nice? No, as long as you offer solutions to your negativity it is fine. Deadly Gaming is looking for some new members (NA primarily, other servers welcome as long as you can show up at NA times). We have a pretty solid (yet small) lineup right now. This makes clan wars difficult at times because some people cannot show up because of work or other priorities. A quick bio of who we are: Leisure is a multi-game semi-professional team with teams in CS:GO, League and more. It's SC2 division Is It's newest branch, and It's goal Is to be a place for aspiring players to be given opportunities to play a high level and If successful enough, be helped with potential sponsorship. Recruitment Is open for the main team for Top masters. Currently a spot available for any race. Requirements are activity, being available for scheduled CWs, and generally friendly and optimistic attitude. To be clear: Do not come to me asking for salaries and sponsorship if you are not motivated to prove yourself first and understand the difficulties involved. I wish to help you with your dreams, but am no miracle worker. For those who do not meet this criteria but are aspiring to do so, our academy and community hub is open to any sc2 enthusiast wishing 2 improve, and staying there till you can aqquire a spot in the main team is a valid option. Currently we participate in 2 CW leagues, namely the psy-league and the ESL league. We are performing well in both and no doubt more will come as time passes. Members are notified and encouraged to participate in any and all open-qualifiers that are found, and the team is a good source for friendly sparring partners. All events are put in the ingame event tab and shared in a skypechat group you are expected to join. Who am I? Goldensands. 22 years old & quite experienced in both Esports and the managing of a team. I am not an active player myself, though I have achieved high lvl master with random before. I do not play due 2 sadly being afflicted with a muscle-disease that causes pain when I do. I have thus committed myself to the managing of a team due 2 my love of the scene.
