Over the past two months we have been building as a team and organization. Recently, we have actively started to recruit and accept applications for our community and team. Before I go into details about this lets first start by asking, what makes us different?
There are many teams out there. Some are old, some new, some gone, some popular, but they all want the same thing: A team and a community that thrives. Here at Stratk, we want to separate and differentiate from the rest by simply setting a higher standard and understanding what players and people want from a team. Let’s be real here, who wants to be on a team with 100 members, but without any friends and no one interested in you, as a player. There are so many fake teams out there that have no structure, no social media, nor any management. Without these things, a team cannot thrive.
I wanted to build Stratk from the bottom up. My team should have a strong core of management, and it should also have everything a team should offer to players that join. Well, we did just that. We have myself, Jesse “MyaurA,” and also, Austin “Primal,” as the management work force. We both have specific skill sets, and we build well off of each other. The next thing we provide as a team is our website and social media outlets. As a bonus, we went ahead and had custom overlays and graphics designed just for our team. We even have a sponsor already that provides free web-hosting and a Teamspeak server. Anyone can clearly see we have things to offer now. And we are only getting started.

High platinum and mid level diamond players. The reason this isn’t for everyone is because we have a high standard for activity ladder play, along with personality and demeanor. This tier will be our training focus and in order to stay on this tier you will need to maintain a certain skill level and to stay active on the ladder. Any players will be removed and their spots will be filled by another, more deserving player. This tier will have a maximum of 10 players.

High Diamond and low-mid range master players. This will have the same requirements as tier 1 but with more expectations and demands. We expect each player in this division to be more active and more pro-active about getting better. The perfect example is PingPang, hes extremely active (over 500 ladder games played this season), he streams, which we love and he also wants to get better. He is always asking for help and taking criticism. Any players will be removed due to inactivity or simply not trying hard enough. This tier will have a maximum of 10 players.

High Masters and GM. This, essentially, will be the face of our team. This team will be playing in tournaments and team leagues a long with clan wars and other team events. These players will need to follow the rules and regulations of the team the most. This team will have their own manager, their own overlays, and Stratk will do everything we can to market these players. The same rules apply to this tier as other previous tiers. Each member for this team will be have their own BIO page and announcement as well.
