Make sure the patches and the bat file are in the support folder when doing the process.

Basically you right click the realmlist.stf file and save it to the support folder, then launch SC2. It will patch the normal way via the EU servers. However, each time it does this, it rewrites the realmlist.stf file as US, so after each patch you have to re-save the EU one. It's weird because for me it isn't loading the patcher at all, it just straight proceeds into loading the unpatched sc2.exe. And i think i am doing it right: - I got a clean install - I put the realmlist.stf file into the support folder (C:\program files\SC2 beta\Support) - I run the starcraft2.exe from my desktop Maybe that only works with the US client or something?

Maybe that only works with the US client or something? Unfortunately the eu-patchserver is down now.. It worked 2 days ago. And i got the german client, so its not a clientspecific problem ![]() Looks like you have to wait

Just delete it/move it somewhere else and it should be fine. =) It worked. OMG. I manually patched/reinstalled over and over trying to get this to work and you just solved the problem. Thanks, I was going crazy waiting for phase 2 without the ability to play custom maps. Now I can lay off persona 4.

This should also mean that we don't gain anything from patching now, unless we want to play custom games at least...? Pretty much. Custom games and replays.
