Cut those prices in half, and I'd consider it.
At these prices I wouldn't even consider.

I'd also have to actually play on that keyboard, before I purchased.
Keyboard is so important.

If the prices come down, I'll look into the Keyboard for sure. Love the light setup.

Heh I also have a Lachesis and have grown quite fond of it. It was weird looking when I first got it baut now every other mouse just feels outdated in terms of design.

The APM thing I don't like.

I don't need more lights and shit flashing while I'm playing SC2.
A nice steady soft blue light would just be fine. I will assume that this feature will be optional.

I don't need a constant reminder of how shitty my APM is. I still have nightmares about the chaos warnings.

If only there was a way of turning the APM functions on and off. I don't want to have starcraft 2 open in the background and then be typing to a friend and suddenly having the keyboard light up various colors because i'm typing to fast

. Actually to be honest I don't know if it would do that, but it would still be annoying to no end if it's a function that I can't turn off.

You can turn the lights off on current Razer stuff, so I see no reason you can't on these. To me this is kind of like buying clothes. Sure, thrift store clothes do the job, but how many of you just shop at the thrift store? I am a Razer fan, and though I can get another mouse which I'd probably be able to play the game equally as well with for half the price, there are things I like about the Razer mouse that the other mouse does not offer. The APM thing is a cool little feature. It's not game changing in any sense, but it is neat. I guess if you can't understand spending that much on the stuff, don't buy it. I know I think its cool

mx518 would be nice if it would allow macros... It was made in a generation where browsers had no tabs. I want my fucking ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab bound to my thumb buttons, damnit.

1. This effectively raises the price of the game by hundreds... how are you going to seriously compete with someone who has a mouse that lights up when their base is under attack? This is so imbalanced that you might as well raise the cost of the game by $200 and include the mouse/keyboard in the package.

2. Those of you complaining about price: the type of SC2 player that you hate will buy this, and make a lot of money for Razer, who (since they've done it in the past) may sponsor SC2 tournaments with these profits.

The mouse should send an electric shock every time APM goes below 160. Also the keyboard should heat up like a hot potato so that you have to press the keys faster or get burned. And the headset should play a recording of your mom moaning.
