However, now that Blizz made a deal with GOM, I think this news is great, Kespa can finally be defeated with no harm to the fans or the players (assuming the GOM league pays the same or better than Kespa).

Will it be run decently? last i checked, Gom ran tourneys pretty smoothly. if u actually watched the gomtv tourneys before u'd know that -.- albeit i heard that their korean casters are terribly bad.

"We, the Blizzard Entertainment, are happy to work with people who share the same passion with us, as well as understanding our visions in Korean and international level. Since Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty is due soon, we are expecting to broadcast fast and exciting games to the Korean e-Sports fans through Gom-TV" De-bullshitted version: "We at Blizzard Entertainment have found a way to avoid dealing with a professional community represented by an organisation like KeSPA. This is our attempt at hi-jacking the professional gaming scene, with each and every tournament, and we will guard our position with an iron fist. Oh, and GOM-TV is our korean bitch."

You can't leave the entire development of a professional scene in the hands of one company. I have a deep feeling that this is going to flop, big time. To be fair alot of Kespas decisions have been as dumb as blizzards imo atleast.

"Who will sponsor Starcraft 2 teams" Surely, not KeSPA companies. Good luck finding other big corporations to sponsor SC2 teams, lol.
