but only when its cold around me too. the weird thing is usually my hands are fuckin warm, and sc seems to be the only game that makes my hands cold. | ||

The funniest thing that happened so far was a couple weeks ago when I played BW with some friends, in the like 3rd or 4th game I suddenly noticed that my right arm had fallen asleep. I was still playing with my hand, but I couldn't really use my arms. Weeeird feeling :s | ||

Even if I wear a jacket, they still get cold. Oh and I sweat a lot too, it gets even harder to control the mouse. | ||

House temperature or bad circulation aren't really the issue, although people suggesting exercise are correct--Not because of circulation, but in that exercise helps a lot with anxiety in general. Don't worry about it much though! It doesn't mean you have crazy problems, your symptoms are definitely not unusual, it just means you're working yourself up a bit over the game. If you try to be more relaxed about playing, or get regular exercise, it should help. =) | ||

When I first started playing the beta, had been years since I played the first starcraft, it happened to me a lot! Now though I guess I'm more comfortable playing the game. First ever game, first placement match, first league match, etc. It also didn't help that I hyped myself up before getting in the beta by watching streams and casts none stop either. Finally getting to play was like, omg I hope I don't get crushed! ^.^ | ||

Keep your wrists elevated off of the mousepad and keyboard tray in a neutral position. This enhances blood flow. I learned proper wrist positioning when I took professional piano lessons. | ||

Wrist rest is a must unless your keyboard has a built in one, only way to keep your hands elevated without tiring them out. | ||
