Adrenaline can cause you to shiver/shake, maybe you're having some really intense battles! Personally when I play my heart rate definitely goes up a lot in high-intensity battles, but my hands actually feel hot, not cold, as I'm using them arguably more playing SC2 than in any other day-to-day use.

I get problems with the blood flow in my left hand which is on the keyboard after like 5 games.The only real thing to do for me is to take a 30min to get a normal feeling.Sometimes it gets really annoying espacially in games.

Pre-game I usually rub my hands together and do the blow on them to loosen up my hands. It's not so much that I get nervous and they shiver; my hands just feel stiff unless I warm them up.

I also drink a lot of tea which is pretty warming.

Yes, I get cold hands from sitting at the computer too, I'm a C- player btw. But when I play my musical instruments, I get hot hands.

as most people said it's pretty common if you'r playing in a cold room or if you are very nervous. it leads to poor blood circulation and you get cold hands.

having something to heat up your hands with help and I find spamming with both your mouse and keyboard hands helps allot to. I also like to crank up the heath in the room I game but I do also put on a thick winter jacket why playing starcraft to keep a high body temperature.

I think I get cold because I'm really nervous before a game ..well I think I found the best solution a nice cold beer, it will probably lower my apm a bit, but I will give it a try.

the cold hand thing is why i moved up from the basement into my room. i also get a bit jittery before I play, but that just gets me going, haha

i tend to have really hot hands and i feel like my body temperature is hot at times, to the point where one game makes me sweat. Maybe this is bad? lol, but the only part of my body that gets cold are my knees, and it's REALLY annoying -_- lucky me i don't get cold too often

Colds hands can also be from some circulation problem. Sitting down can stop a lot of blood flow down to you legs too.

If your arms/wrists hits the edge of your desk you could be slowing blood flow too. Get some gel wrist pads and see if its any better.

Make sure you move your body and arms around a bit to keep your blood flow good.

Also try sitting on a cushion so not to stop blood flow as much. Also you might be about to have a heart attack be careful :O

I often wear a toque when playing because I get quite cold. This only happens when I play Starcraft though so I assume it has something to do with nerves.
