Edit::: Oh I see that doesn't work for you. I would say try changing the resolution while it Is not windowed then try it again. Question: I get lag when it is on windowed fullscreen though and I am not sure why. I get a smooth 70 fps on ultra but when I switch to windowed fullscreen I get random spikes that drop me to like 20-30 fps. Anyone know why this might be? My setup: Win 7 64 professional Intel core I7 920 2.66 ghz (not over clocked) Ati radeon HD 5850 6gb of DDR 3 ram clocked at 1066mhz (I don't know brand) Standard 7200 rpm hard drive Any settings u recommend I change? | ||

Still not quite there with you  are you saying that i cant really play like that? i tried creating a game vs the Ai just to see how it worked in the smaller window surrounded my my desktop. but when i wanna move left/right, the mouse simply goes on to the desktop screen, meanwhile my sc2 screen hasent moved at all. kinda unplayable ^^;edit: any idea on what programs? :p | ||

This is not really correct with respects to starcraft 2. In SC2 Windowed Fullscreen means that the DWM is still active and managing all the windows including sc2, so that you can alt-tab and so on freely, but sc2 takes up the entire screen. In antiquated OSes such as XP you might have a title bar (this is a limitation of those old OSes), but in modern OSes there is no title bar. | ||
