anyone else raging over this? I asked this question in one of the first TL asks Blizzard threads ages ago... blizzard's response was like "we are still seeing if this can be implemented or some such vague answer". Now beta is out and F-keys are absent. t.t LINK to my battlenet post regarding this matter. | ||

I never used any F keys really either. Always been a minimap clicker. F keys are too far imo, just hotkey structures | ||

Of course, This decision caused much rage in D3 forums. If they used the same logic for the F-keys in SC2, it would be beyond retarded, it's almost impossible to accidentally hit shift-F2 and then go "whoa why is my screen jumping around?" - 99% of starcraft players doesn't even know they exist! (on a related note, i had no idea about the alt-hotkey thing until now either). Noob-friendliness is the only reason i can figure out, otherwise it would just be a plain oversight. Regardless, it should be extremely easy to implement, no? BRING IT BACK ;( | ||

Its like they want to make all people bads or something, I dont quite understand but I think the less stuff, the more shallow a game is the more noobs (mainstream) it will attract. Which means alot of people buy the game? | ||

It feels like Blizzard is willing to make the game as well suited for us fans as they can right now but they should have thought like that when they created the game engine aswell. | ||
