I'm not saying that the game makes you jump in certain parts because its just a suprise or whathaveyou. All I am saying is that his tone of voice and his sarcastic dimeaner makes it seem like he is putting on a show. Maybe it's just that i dont like him . However I can say that I havent been scared of any game or movie since I was 14 (im 24 now).
Also, why doesnt he stream himself playing sc2? I always hear him say "shit man i dont have time to play sc2" yet he has 2 hours per day to play and stream this horrible game? All ive seen him do so far is walk around in dark hallways and mess with chemicals and open doors. Where are the bad guys? Where are the weapons? Where is the action?

Not a very good attempt of trolling. I can see the effort, but it falls under the weight of outrageous claims piled on top of each other.

Is Day9 streaming more amnesia tonight?

I'm pretty confident that Day9 is legitimately scared while he's playing, but he also definitely plays it up after the parts where he's genuinely terrified. One example: when he peeked out the door and saw the monster roaming by, then ran back and hid in the corner and paused the game to get his stuffed rabbit. From the time he creaked open the door just far enough to see the monster until the time he paused the game, you could tell he was scared. After pausing and going to put the rabbit on his shoulder and talk to it a bit, he wasn't still scared. That seemed to be a response of "wow that was scary, everyone knows I'm scared, that's a little embarrassing, now I'm going to do something entertaining and equally embarrassing and put this stuffed rabbit on my shoulder." Maybe that was meant as a distraction from his continuing to play the game and wanting to take a break to calm down, but it was certainly an example of Day9's classic overacting and playing to the viewer's entertainment.
I definitely agree that his hesitation to open a door/enter a dark hallway/collect an item, his frustration in response to his own hesitation, and his outright screaming all confirm his fear. He absolutely piles it on after those genuine moments though, for reasons I can't understand because I'm not a psychologist.

Neither stating the obvious nor flaming is helping your cause

Omg! Everyone in the world don't share the same opinions and ideas, really wtf!?!?
There's tons of things I don't watch, do or enjoy, but I don't question everyone who does? If someone enjoys something, let 'em and keep your shit to yourself, people are diffrent <.<
I'm not a huge D9 fan myself, but I still enjoy alot of what he does. And what I don't enjoy, I simply don't watch..

Honestly, everything he did is telling me that he was scared shitless the whole time.
The rabbit is a good example, he went and picked it up because he needed an excuse to avoid having to continue on. It's like when he piles up chair or stuff to "test the physics of the game", you can really tell he doesnt want to go further at all because he is so scared. And it is a completely normal reaction in this situation (even I tend to do that when im super scared, that is, doing useless stuff to avoid the scare for a little bit).

Clocktower for the SNES were one of the most traumatazing stuff in my life @_@
But nowadays I'm really hardly scared, Amnesia managed to make me feel unconfourtable a few times =D

And than I tried getting into the chat to see him play Amnesia, and it said I was banned. Lol.
Is there any way I can speak to a Moderator from the Day9 chat to see why I was banned?
Thanks for the daily, Day9. Love the show!
Jitsu I have had the same problem. i contacted his channel day9tv. on twitch. they said they solved the problem. so when i was going inn today to watch the chat i was still banned. the dude just said that sometimes they are a little "trigger" happy with the ban button for no particular reason Just had the same problem.... Honestly most of the mods in day9's channel can be real cocksmoches. Only one that seams reasonable is g4mer. Looking forward to more amnesia play throughs! ... Only next time, he wont have any oil OR tinderboxes.... muahahahaha. Really....cocksmoches....that's what you're going with? Maybe don't act like a dick in chat and you won't have a problem? I got banned in chat for saying "Stop saying here we go." I think they did just hit ban for a large section of chat and they did not discriminate at all. In their defense there were alot of people typing "HERE WE GO" really quickly. But you should take time instead of ruining peoples nights with bullshit bans. BTW last night was one of my first day9 live episodes... it was not a good impression mods... The mods aren't that bad, you just have to keep your head down and not look like a troll. I bet that the mods keyword-banned everyone who had put "Here we go" in their posts. Just don't look at the trolls and you will be fine. It was a temp ban, right?
I've been perma banned for saying it... :O Or at least that's what I think =/

Man, I regret ever visiting this thead. What a bunch of armchair psychologists...

No you aren't. If you don't like him no one will be able to convince you why you should. I'm really hoping you were tying and failing to troll because if you weren't you are really really dumb.
