Well my idea with these 3 units: + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://images.wikia.com/starcraft/images/3/33/Hercules_SC2_Rend1.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://images.wikia.com/starcraft/images/8/8d/SCV_SC2_DevRend3.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100817135554/starcraft/images/2/21/Thor_SC2_Rend1.jpg) is that since the hercule has a TON of space to be used well what if u set a bunch of auto repairing SCVs and Thors and just drop micro? Would it be effective? I want to try this and cant wait to when i have starcraft 2 back. Has anyone out there exploited this yet? I havent found a thread about this yet so i wanted to see what the community would think of it. | ||

That kind of repair is super expensive too (much more than repair would normally cost per scv/sec). PS: The Odin mission is before you can have hercules afaik and you might not even be able to pick it up (I think it's not under your control). And even if it worked you could just repair him as good from the ground. | ||

Not to mention it's got the armor/health of a friggin' ultralisk... Could you imagine it loading up an army of units and ferrying it away from a battle? Ling/bling/muta would be terrible... even if the mutas kill it, instantly the mutas are shot to peices by two dozen marines conveniently clumped right beneath them! | ||

But I have a LOT more trouble justifying building a single predator, ever. If there were a lot more TvZ missions I would totally dig it but when you have stimmed marines.. well it's hard to justify ever needing anything else. | ||

I personally love the Hercules, it's hella fun to bring all you're mercs with a flying brigade of bcs/banshees/vikings/science vessels. Campaign is hella fun. But yeah anythign involving Thor, Hercules and other stuff = win + fun. | ||
