The only team with more is Man City (21) 😮
Earlier this week, Pep Guardiola called Roberto De Zerbi "one of the most influential managers in the last 20 years" 👏 Pep always hypes up opponents before he plays a game vs them. Hes called all sorts of managers one of the best in something He doesn’t do it all that often, and it’s almost always based on a kind of football he digs. He’s not going out saying Sam Allardyce is the bomb, it was Sarri’s Napoli side, Klopp’s Liverpool, Bielsa’s Leeds etc.
People make out that he’s being very disingenuous with these kind of praises but I genuinely think he’s being pretty earnest in his appraisal

Looks like Bellingham to Real Madrid is happening - glad that more English players are opting to grow their careers overseas instead of being pigeon holed into staying in England; throwback to the 1990s. When all is said and done it might actually happen that Bellingham retires without having kicked a minute in the Premier League.

Madrid fans will be booing him in no time

This last Bundesliga matchday is completely bonkers.

MUSIALAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
What a finish

So bla bla bla bla but in the end Bayern still wins?
Oh well.

What a bunch of chokers. Forfeit their CL spot and give it to Freiburg or Leverkusen.

Losing the title on goal difference =/

Union managed to hold 4th and Bochum's win saved them from relegation. Plus Wolfsburg lost to bottom placed Hertha and failed to get into the Conference
Why was Bellingham on the bench?

Why was Bellingham on the bench? Picked up injury in the game before, pushed him to bench for morale boost is my guess.

Why was Bellingham on the bench? Some sort of injury problem.
At the end of the day, even the rock bottom worst Bayern season in forever was enough. Nobody managed to take advantage of their weakness. Even today, Köln was the better team for most of the game and lost because Coman and Musiala just had 2 big moments.
It appears also that Bayern are sacking both Kahn and Salihamidzic because of the sporting development (esp. this season).

True, but from Nkunku its impressive because he was out for half the season lol

German football is dead internationally with this result for the foreseeable future. The whole Bundesliga is comprised of teams that don't believe they can ever win anything. And if the chance arises, they fail. Bayern just learned that they can basically mess up as much as they want and still be king. That is not a good learning if you want to win the CL again at some point. Plus, the lack of competition nationally hinders CL success as well.
The national team is already weak. The current Bayern players are not as good as the last generation and all other teams basically send people that only know that they cannot make it to the top.
One could argue that Frankfurt won EL last year, and that is nice. But I feel it is more the case that a German team can fluke its way to victory every 25 years.
Either Dortmund bounces back from this quick, meaning the next 1-2 years, or they will break and celebrate their Ro16 CL appearance every other year as the highest achievement.
What a sad day for German football.
