If they unearthed more? Jeeze, why not a year? They already went soft on him for waving around a handgun while drunk in a nightclub. Have they already said they aren't taking action for beating up and threatening a 17 year old? You've got the instagram video, which I think would be worth 25 on its own (Silver probably dumbly disagrees because of how weak he was on the nightclub thing, but at best he's a 2nd time offender here). If there are more bizarre unsafe brandishings? Not good. More actually 100% illegal action like drinking with a gun? If that second thing...I think you gotta go for a year.
