So, a very relaxed male has hight T and low cortisol. A tense stressed male has low T and high cortisol. Cortisol is a "fight or flight" hormone. here is one study though. https://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/news/20060621/testosterone-ups-home-field-advantage On January 29 2021 09:17 darthfoley wrote: why is your entire personality based on hating Andrew Wiggins? most of my posts are not about Wiggins. He is a poor defender and no one knows where he is from. Most "sources" claim he is from Toronto. He is not from Toronto. so i don't see how there is any "hate" about Wiggins. Furthermore, most of my posts are about stuff other than Wiggins. I've probably talked about tendon injuries and soft tissue injuries more than I've talked about Wiggins.

There are plenty of theories as to what contributes to home court advantage like sleep schedule, familiarity of surroundings, fans influencing refs, fans giving energy and all that. This season could be a bit of a test to separate the variables somewhat. Not sure if sample size is big enough though. I suppose unbalanced schedules and covid related missing personnel could play a part in it this early in the season. I am curious to see, at the end of the season, if home court advantage will be lower this year than in a typical year. Home teams have a winning record now but I believe road teams had a sizable lead during the first 2-4 weeks of the season. It was big enough that I saw some speculation that we could end up with road teams having a better record this year. IIRC, the nominal road teams had a better record during the bubble but that wasn't a true home/road split.

https://www.thestar.com/sports/raptors/2021/03/04/raptor-kyle-lowrys-toronto-home-sells-for-512-million.html he made guys like Terrence Ross, Pat Patterson, and Bizmack Biyombo look like viable NBA starters. However, all great things come to an end. The Raptors are 16-1 in the last 17 games Lowry has not played. This is now Freddy's team.

You can see how assuming a fact in the middle of a question is pretty rude, right? But let's get back to basketball, rather than discussing the people in the thread. https://streamable.com/9rfqd0 I feel badly for Steph
