I don't understand Hamilton's penalty at all. Max left the track and gained an advantage. Before they could sort it out, Lewis was pushed out in the next corner, left the track and gained back the advantage. That shouldn't be a 10 sec penalty. If this penalty was to make sense, Max should also be handed a 10 sec penalty, even though he happened to give up the advantage a turn later. Returning the positions to correct running order is not penalty worthy, even if it happens off track. | ||

edit: They didn't even remove the car. Just threw a VSC for a lap and then left the car where it was parked | ||
